When character is in play along with A judgement waiver or autonomous waiver and 213 Project the unit's defense moves to 10 but strength to 1. This applies to any Sectorial Commander in play at the same time.

Autonomous Waiver - All OTA and Units in play will get 3 strength and citizens lose 4 defence points but gain 2 strength and can attack. Outlands characters are unaffected.

That is spawn. Not little England. That was in creative unlike little England. Also the train line will be made in creative to any town that wants a connection. it is to make travel for players easier. That is the only creative thing in the town but that will be in any town that wants it.

If there is a war, admins do not get to fly around. Creative mode is not used  by the admin team for their own towns. All that is surviva.

As for the RDT, that was an aesthetic building created by Riemer. it will most likely be removed soon but it holds no genuine use for anyone aside from the odd bit of legit food giving. Also please see the sheep pen. We have a lot of sheep (all bred) and lappis.

The island itself was found by taking a boat out to sea and it was just found, like most places.

Other factions will not be destroyed by admins at all as that would destroy the fun for others. I intend to remain peaceful as attacking others doesn't do much good.

Please do not presume that admins use creative mode for their legit stuff as we do not and that would be both unfair and it would remove the fun for us. Creative is used for spawn and matters that have genuine need for it. I do not appreciate when people accuse me of abuse simply because I have an island that I have worked VERY hard on in survival mode. If you don't like Little england go make your own town, join another (Others are being made) and do something about it.

Sir. I did say that protected regions are being removed. More will be announced soon but changes are coming about protection and towns. But soon there will be no protection from outside theft, damage and griefing. We as a town will be able to attack and steal from other towns and visa versa hence why an army is needed.

Little England


Little England is a small island nation just off spawn city. It is ruled by Mmmaaattt94, a kind ruler when you're good. They have a small army and a trading village nestled within the island but aim to not make war. Anyone can join Little england once they speak to the King and everyone gets a free small plot but if you break the rules... bad things happen.
We are at: Peace

The Laws
  • Do not steal / Grief / Raid anyone in Little England
  • Do not attack / Grief / Raid any other town unless we are at war with them or you have spoken to the King
  • The King is the only one who can declare war. If you declare war on behalf of Little England without permission, you will be thrown off the island
  • There is no tax for small houses but if the Town requires a resource for a project, you must assist suitably.
  • Use common sense
  • The King's word is final
  • If you have a job, do your duty. You may have an Army job and another job as the Army job won't be used unless at war.

This idea would be nice. As for manhacks they are now created IC and if we have the pills we can use them as we don't have NPC model recognition so manhack NPC's cant be used unless we get model recognition (Not too hard) or these pills would add great rp.

They would be great for event chars etc.

also jesus christ what's with people applying for shit like 'stealth skills'? if i can see your character then i can see your fucking character, don't tell me i can't because you can ~blend with the shadows~

Care to actually explain what isn't fixed? The new update to it is MEANT to make him a film character but he WILL return to his normal state but will go mad as he finds out the truth

In HL2RP, true stealth is most commonly blending with crowds. Not shadow diving in the hopes people walk away.

To answer you AND raged. I'm not saying just because he has auth's you cant ever see him. it would just allow me to keep in the shadows as the character would. It is true that some stealth is hiding in plain sight but when you are burned like fuck out of a mask and have a clearly AC costume when your wearing usual clothes and cant find anything to blend in, the shadows are the best place to be. This kind of stealth and keeping to the shadows also links with the character V that this character is imitating.

There are already characters much like this. And the whole point is not to cause elitism but to remain secret. Why would it be elitist to keep hidden? Its someone dressed as a clear AC. They don't want to be seen unless they must show themselves. The current character like this isn't elitist at all.

The hacking is only on a human PC level. So he would have no idea about the combine system. Also it would fit the V character he is trying to imitate as he was a hacket if you read into it.

The stealth is a case of he needs to know how to remain undetected and move silently as he can't just walk about the streets. The hooks etc are part of that as like another character on city, getting around on the roofs and such is the best way to stay hidden and keep a watch. the whole idea is that no one see's or notices him when he is just looking about. Why would you want a character like this in public view?

The all black Onyx model was the only one I knew that suited the all black costume of V.

I retract the film not existing. I can understand the paradox but this character would not have seen the film so his decisions are not influenced by it. others might mention it IF they see the character.

Yeah, how about no. If you want to make this at the very least SOMEWHAT plausible, why not do something like how they did on Doctor Who? Christmas Special of Season 4 where the Doctor went to Medieval England during Christmas and there was a man who believed he was the Doctor and had all his knowledge and what not due to him having a horribly traumatic experience of watching his son being kidnapped and wife killed and basically went momentarily insane and got amnesia; the blanks of his life filled by the recordings of the Doctors life/experiences due to the projection he watched.

Basically, try and rewrite your back story and if you REALLY wanna be V so badly, have you character watch the film and go through a horrible experience during the Seven Hour war or something so that he THINKS he's Guy Fawks but is actually some lunatic who is messed up in the head. That way you even get a nice little defect out of it, being mentally unfit and if you were to ever be caught, you'd pretty much be a kill on capture for the UU.

Not to mention this option would give you MUCH better RP options as you would be susceptible to mental and emotional breakdowns and there's always the chance of figuring out that the life you live of "V" is actually a lie and if you were to find out about your past, you could go on a suicidal rampage from being so distraught about figuring you lived a lie.

This is a brilliant idea. I will speak to you in steam about something then work on changing this.
