Also, don't just run around looking. Try role-playing some.

Agreed. Items are earned via character development. To simply lolhunt them is not acceptable.

Question 5. about Half-Life 2 RP the first time you join on our severs.

What is serious role-play about?

A: getting items and upgrades
B: Developing your character

IF you choose A... you will be auto-kicked from the server...as it's the wrong answer  So I believe already you know the answer. Or do you ???

We don't want you to just be looking for guns. Its not what it is all about. I mean, you usually don't just find guns laying around. So why would they make it that way. Just roleplay without guns. You may find a gun, but ammo is a whole new story. Its a lot harder than weapons. Don't search for the weapons, you will come across them randomly, that is how it is supposed to be.

I went in there, it's fun when there are ant lions and other people to play with but it's hard to find items. The only thing I found was a shipment of bags O_o

It's hard to find items because you're not supposed to run around the map in attempt to find them. Do some PassiveRP, meet people, make friends, make enemies, be a damned hermit, the list goes on and on; HL2RP =/= run around and find items. Honestly, to prove that point, one of the questions was something like -

"What is HL2RP about?"

a) Collecting items and upgrades.
b) Developing your character.

(And it's obviously B.)

RP isn't just about items anyway. If weapons are the only reason you went to outlands you probably shouldn't be there.
