8. Racists. (So, someone looks different or has more melanocytes/melanin in their in their skin, and it seems people fail to understand it and start to discriminate against them.)

About American being a Language. Anyone that thinks that is just ignorant. American is a Sub-sect of a language if anything.  American English =/= British English but they're both still English.
