New Rule Set

With the new OCRP update we have decided it was time to clear up the OCRP rule set.

A modified set of rules has applied to the servers and you can find the thread for it HERE (http://www.catalyst-gaming.net/index.php?topic=7592.0)

I suggest you all to read them as a quite a lot has changed.
