Not really armor penetrating as much as have a tendency to over penetrate. It is a very small bullet with a lot of powder behind it, so it has a lot of force that would go through armor but wouldn't be great for stopping power as it would just go in and out of the target, even with armor. I recall hearing about a call where a Five Seven misfired at a range, went through the wall, through a guys shoulder, through the next wall and was never found. It is a really nice round for small guns like the P90 where it would be used for defense against targets with body armor but again I don't see a normal person having one, especially a full auto one with a short barrel where you can get the full potential out of it. As a special weapon for secret service against armored opponents it would be a nice rework to deal less damage but ignore armor, (even though every bit of mass it goes though would slow it and be damaged) I am kinda on the fence about it.. I do agree new weapons would be nice, but I don't want it to be the main focus as it was in OCRP when it was popular.

It isn't about zombies, it is about a fast game mode people can play other than RP. I got into GMod by a Zombie Survival server and I kinda miss it. Matches don't take long and they can be fun trying to survive when everyone in the server is after their sweet brain. I mean L4D is fun at times but very limited on maps and play styles.

This is the problem with "racism" today. First of all, IC racism makes since. You can be someone who doesn't like (incest whatever you want here) and that's fine, it does exist even if it shouldn't. As for someone who gets offended about someone mentioning it in OOC, it shouldn't be tolerated. The problem with it is that people do not understand what it means. Words have no meaning whatsoever. Words are a collection of letters that are assembled to make recognizable symbols we associate with meanings. IE words only have the meaning that you give them. Furthermore, racism is only racism if you let it be racist. Sure the words in use could be seen as hateful and childish but only because people see them as such. It is the norm to see some words as acceptable and others as not, but together we can change the norm and shut down the effects of it and turn them into meaningless words again.

Also, I kinda find that it ruins the fun for the fact that every car could get this Nos system and refill it easily (Where as in a normal instance, this can cause damage to your engine and even destroy engines in shitty cars). It should be limited to a fair extent, not just on the cost side of things.
That would depend on the amount you put into it. You can put so much NO2 into a Lamborghini Aventador that you would blow the block in 3 pieces if you put a huge shot into it. A small 50HP shot wouldn't do much in terms of acceleration or top speed, maybe 2-3 MPH, but it still wouldn't damage a stock cars engine.

I said it was a dual test of all the sirens I have. It is a sample, not what I plan on using. Everything in there can be looped quite well.

Well this is what I put together. Simple sample of all my sirens and even an air horn near the end. I did it with a dual setup, think it came together nicely. Might keep working on it depending on how responses go. Siren test

Statua, you get me a full Q and I will do all the sirens and even put in a decent Airhorn for Government. I know you like the Walen sirens and all, but Fed Sig makes louder and clearer ones. Not to mention I have a few ideas for some of the emergency vehicles to make them a bit more outstanding.
