As it stands now, this is not enough to be accepted.
Some things that need to be improved / added / considered (In my opinion):
A much more detailed backstory.
How / why he jumped off said ledge?
More specifics on the location of said jump.
Clarification on if it is a prostectic or cybernetic leg.
Who gave him the cybernetic leg?
Details on the actual operation of the leg implementation.
Some information on how said operation managed to work in the outlands.
Any other information you can provide that is related to this event. (Post operation information would be helpfull)
Also, how did you find supplies to make a 'cybernetic leg' in Outlands? Who would have the knowledge to make said leg from scratch?

Question, why would they have bothered dragging him (and a few of his mates) all the way from South America to Europe just to amputate him? Also, was he transported on, like, a gunship or hunter chopper or something or-?

No TF2 was used...
But those mountains ~* in the distance *~ are from tf2... At least, they didn't show up at all in the map until I downloaded tf2 last night lol Either way, that doesn't appear to be why my skybox is still being a buttface lol

The waterfall download link thinger doesn't work, and for whatever reason when I put the fancy skybox thinger in my stuff, it still gave me the glitchy missing skybox mess. Might've just been me. I've not had a change to thoroughly explore the map, but I have found a little hole in the rock wall to the (as you're coming out) right of the little tunnel thinger if you hop over the rocks and go down the hill a bit. Yeah, you can crawl through it and everything. Pretty legit.
Anyway, will do more ~* exploring *~ tomorrow
edit: might be getting weird glitchy skybox because no TF2. Noticed that you used the mountains from that. I'll download tf2 tonight and try it again tomorrow.
No TF2 was used... The skybox is a custom one from FPSBanana. Also, I fixed the waterfall link and can you post a pic of the hole on the bug report thread pelase?

By "healthily" I kind of meant "not supplements", like melon, which is fruit. I'm not a dietician, but I'm sure if I looked it up all the evidence would be there, since citizen supplements are designed to make them weaker.
Plus, I don't want my character to be Hercules, just a notably stronger from his training.

I'm personally all for this, so long as he does have proof (or proof can be found) that he:
A) Gained the weapons through valid rp, and
B) That his "strength training" rp thus far is reviewed / his further "workout" rp is monitored (not so strictly, of course.).
I do have a question, though. Where would anyone find 'healthy' food? I understand that the steroids would help him gain muscle mass, but don't you need plenty of protein as well?
Of course, with the 'accidental' shellings every other week, I'm sure he'd have no problem finding headcrabs to munch on LOL
