This seems fine to me, after reading everything being said I can't add much, I agree with what airborne has said, it shouldn't be used to attack players as you feel, or make you immune to pain and what not (I.E common sense stuff).
Not much else to be said.

Getting a laptop that can properly run new games at high graphics can easily cost you up to $1400
Get a desktop, they're much better. And cheaper, for what you get.
She linked the Asus G75VW. Which is the republic of gamers laptop. Really good specs in it and well worth the 1600+. I'd say get the ASUS laptop.

I've got the Samsung S24B350H monitor, Got it on sale and want another 2 for eyefinity setup.
It's down to $219 now, but if you could squeeze out the extra dollars then I'd go for it.

The player in stated was in that room all day, and his buddy had lost connection. This player bought the room while the other guy was afk and still had his stuff in it. I told him it would be easier for him to buy the door across the hall. he refused to take up that offer. He told me I that i either remove that players props or ban him. There really wasnt much I could do, I told him to use the room across the hall as it wasnt be used, then went to another situation.

Pretty much all that needs to be said. There's no way they can censor Billions of websites, and monitor everyone's activities on the internet.

Actually there's an option where it makes a folder called "Windows.old" and contains all the files of the previous windows installation. I'm pretty sure it's there just in case something goes wrong during the windows installation process.
