Dialog box and Renting glitch

This glitch makes OCRP unplayable since I cant get a job or do anything without the Dialog box screwing me I have lost 8000 bucks from renting and also had to rejoin so many times so I will not play OCRP intill this is fixed

It would help the devs out a lot if you put for information on how to recreate this glitches and more detail of what the glitches is....
