So, anyone know how to set this or something g that works like it? I could really use some help :)

Don't think it works for GMOD anymore. Used to have it, and then it stopped working. A couple of friends of mine said that Garry had pit in an update that prevented it from working. That or my HLDJ just stopped working.

It's still works for CSS though, witch is what I'll be using it for

I just plug my phone into my mic jack, set the volume to a tolerable level, and do the following console commands
voice_loopback 1 (this is so you can hear it too)
+voice (this toggles your mic.  Do -voice to stop)
