Alright, so it's a normal day in City 45, and the citizens and units are minding their own business. But suddenly a citizens friend is missing, and the units try and find them, then a unit goes missing too, and now both sides are in panic. People would continue to go missing until they find out where the Abducter is placing everyone. This would authorize Citizens to go Explore the city, aswell as Units.

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Jake Nowasatka wishes to join the CCA because; he wants the respect, power, and food. Jake Nowasatka wants to have a stable life and to be safe. He sees all of these things in the CCA, he also understands serving will be easier than to resist and be more stable and providing for him. 
Jake Nowasatka has been a loyalist for a couple of years now and he thinks he can handle whatever the CCA throw at him. He knows he will have a tough time getting through the training of the CCA but he thinks he can handle it and become a Civil Protections Officer. Serving is what he was born to do and it is what he shall do.
Jake Nowasatka knows the CCA are not just some idiots in uniform. Jake Nowasatka knows the CCA are there to preserve the peace and to keep order.  Jake is ready to serve the CCA with all his might he will never try to betray the CCA and he will spare his life for his companions in the CCA. Jake Nowasatka will never betray the CCA.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
What I expect the Combine Civil Authority to be like for me, is fun, and entertaining, I find that being a normal citizen will be quite boring, and the CCA might abuse their privelages with us, but with me in it. I'd make sure no one would, and im sure not a lot of CCA do. But not a lot of them understand how Law Enforcement works, I'm a Police Officer in training myself.

What I expect the Combine Civil Authority to be like for my character is intense, dramatic, and enforcing, because the job can be intense for curfew checks and bomb threats, aswell as Riots. This would cause my Character to be exciting, and authorial.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
 Jake Nowasatka was born April the first 1996. As a child Jake liked to fight and bully around the other kids.  When Jake got to the age of 15 he started to want to do more with his life he wanted respect. So he decided   he was going to change his ways and do things for the better good of the people.

By the age of 18, Jake decided he wanted to go to college, and maybe get a good career when he graduated. Jake got into college and stayed for 2 years of his course. He quit so he could go back home to his family and help hide them during the 7 Hour War. The combine soon found Jake and his family. They soon slaughtered his son and wife because she tried to save her son.

Soon after they bound him and shipped him off to C18. He was lost on his first day there and he was surrounded by the combine forces. He had no clue what he was to do so he decided to walk around and go to my apartment he was given. On his way there he was mugged and an CCA unit saved his life. That is when he decided he wanted to join the CCA. So he could protect those who could not protect themselves from things that would harm them.
