Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
After he finshed his medical school training, He developed an intrest in electronics and machinery. Soon enough his mind was flooding with ideas that could benefit soceity. He decided to go to Virginia Technical Institue to learn engineering and inventing skills. He stayed there for approximently four years. He earned his Masters in inventing and technology and also learned how to make blue prints. He is now wondering around writing his ideas on paper for future reference.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects? Gives him extensive knowledge in inventing and machinery.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? If I get into CWU and then apply for CCA, I hope to be recruit then GRID.
Will anyone else need these auths? (If so, list OOC and IC name(s)) No, no one will.

Have you ever been detained before?:No I have not
Past experience with work/labor:Pre-war I was a doctor/surgeon.
What will you do for us?:Help the CWU in anyway I can such as, cleaning, selling, working where ever needs it.
How long have you been in City11?:(Well we're in 45 now so) 3 months
Can CWU members be in possession of health kits: Yes.
Can CWU members be in possession of zipties:Of course not, they are contraband
If a citizen runs up to you and asks for help regarding UPA explain in detail what you would do.: It depends, he he were asking about the rules and laws of the city I would kindly explain, on the other hand if he asked about how to get, weapons,contraband, or away from officers i would report it immediatly.
Any disabilities?: I'm not good at handling hostile situations.

Character Backstory(Must be one paragraph):
Robert was born on April 29, 1985. In his child hood his mother was American and his father was Scottish. In his child years most of his time was spent wih his family and friends and at his schools that he went to. He went to school at Matoaca High School when he got old enough. When he finished high school he was ready to get ready to start off to college he decided he wanted to become a doctor and surgeon. He knew it would be a hard eight years of medical school but he was willing to do it. He practiced hard those eight years but he passed top of his class with his Doctor's degree and a degree in surgery as well. Going back the hardest patient he ever had to treat was a man with a fractured pelvis, a V fractured femur, three cracked ribs, and a shattered knee cap. The man was in a truck accident. The patients surgery took a total of 5 hours to complete, but luckily Dr. McCloud saved him. The anti-biotics that were given were Acetaminophen, to reduce the fever, Corticosteroids used to reduce the swelling, and finally calcium pills to help strenghthen the bones to heal properly.
When the Combine took over he was scared at first. He didn't know what they would do to him. But they simply took him to City 45 where he is today. He has currently been there for three months and is looking for a job interveiw with the CWU.

The .357 Magnum
Well it all started one day when Will was walking down an alley in what is now City 8. When he was walking he decided to go to the country side for a minute. So he was at the country side when he heard some one speak to another.
"Give me your money!,Dammit give it to me!"
He peered through the bushes and decided he really needed to help. He sprang out at the man who was carrying a .357 magnum in his hand.The pistol fired off once while Will was holding the mans wrist. Will, with a sharp movement of his hand snapped the gunman's wrist. The pistol dropped.
"It's none of your buissness! Get off!"
Will brought his right fist across his face.
"You tried to kill, and rob him!" Will cried.
He grabbed the mans head and twisted his hands, unsure of his actions, pumped on adrenaline. There was a sickening snap as the vertebrae broke in his neck. His body went limp.
The victim said, "You've killed him!"
Will looked back and said "I did what I had to."
He searched the man and found four boxes of ammo. He aimed the gun at the other man.
"No witnesses my friend."
Before he got to say anything Will fired on accident, spweing his brain on a nearby tree.
He hid this pistol in his coat pocket until he got home. He looked over the weapon carefully to find that it was a shiny silver sheene to it. He knew that he would have to run. So that's exactly what he did.
A New Life
Will went to City 11, he was given a jumpsuit of the color blue. The magnum and it's ammo were safely packed away in his clothes. His brow started to sweat as he entered the gates from the train station. The Cp commanded "Apply". Will gulped and said, "W-Will Gruns 58971". The Cp looked at him, squiiinted then longly replied "Clean..." He walked through the other gate.
Will let out a sigh of releif when he got out and quickly went to the most deserted spot he could find, the sewers. He was wondering around when he met another man down in the sewer. As much of a crappy coincidence as it as he had the magnum out and was looking at it and the man was a lost loyalist. Will knew what he must do.
"Wha-What are you doing?!" he screamed
Will brought the gun up and aimed it shakedly at the loyalist's body. He fired once. It hit him in the chest cavity breaking many arteries and breaking bones. Will dropped the gun, shaking. He was panting. When he finally stopped shaking he picked up the gun and wiped it off. It smelled of hot powder.
"I'm sooo going to hell." he said to himself.
He dragged the body to one of the lower drains, pulled of the grid and dumped the body down the pipe.
He still lives in the sewers today hiding, and waiting to make his next move.

He has murdered some one inside City 11 which may arise suspiction from his friends and peers.
He killed the other men in the country side.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? Enhance roleplay, protect myself, and to hide out in the sewers and wait for some one else.

Extra Notes (optional): It's my first time writing about a weapon so I understand if it's not that good.

Well, for starters if you look above me there are accepted weapons so thats crap. Second I had modified my other post so.
None of those other applications have weapons coming into the City.

Well here it is.
1994-1998
It all started out on a beautiful September morning in, what is now City 8, when a gang of looters raided his home. His father, being the man of the family, tried his best to defend Arch's mother and Arch, but his efforts were futile as the looters were amature martial artists. His father was put down by a fatal blow to the middle of the esophagus, and he fell to the ground, suffocateing, he died after three painful minutes. The looters took everything they had then ran, and on that day Arch realized he wanted to keep things like this from happenning ever again to anybody.
1998-2011
His martial arts training began when he saw a man being attacked by a group of thugs. He tried to fight them off any way he could, throwing punches left and right, but he was over powered by the five thugs and beaten until near death. A man by the name of Huscho Nakumora saw his crucile attempts to fight them off and admired his courage and decided to ask him if he would like to learn Taekwondo, he instantly replied"Yes!". His sensi took him to a mountain side, an abandoned dojo, where his training began. He trained for thirteen rigorous years, everyday and everynight, constanly. At the end of his thirteen years he was a fifth degree black belt in taekwondo. When those thirteen years past he thanked Nakumora for everything, gave him a hug, and set off.
2012-Present
On November 12, 2012 at precisley 6:13 a.m, the Combine took over. It tooke them a mere seven hours to take over but Arch did not put up a fight with his new found skills, he actually wanted a low profile, and thats exactly what he did. One day when he was walking down the streets of City 18, he saw a group of thugs beating on a man, his memorys flooded back to him and he knew he had to do something. He barged in right away, he took out the first thug with a spin kick to the neck,and he turned arounded and did a rounding upper cut to hit the second one. Then for the third he was merciless, letting the anger get the best of him, he contiued to beat the man until his face was a bloody pulp, but he lived. Now he wanders the streets, regreting what he did that day to disgrace himself, and trying to make new friends.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?: Use them wisely, self defense, non minging.

Derreck was born December 3, 1992. He grew up as a quiet, and well liked kid. When other kids got injuries they came to him to help. He also did a little trading and selling here and there. In November 5, 2002 Derreck's parents died in a T-bone car wreck. He was devastated and depressed for four years. May 9, 2004 he started his medical training that would last for five years. July 11, 2007 He graduated, top of his class. He lived a quiet,fine life for about 9 years, thats when the war started. He instantly became loyal to the combine and began treating Combine and citizens alike, thus earning his Armband and 10 loyalist points. Then he saw a WANTED sign on the CWU building and walked in to get his application.

Its a suggestion... The wide screen when you begin should be shorter so if you want to talk to a citizen you can with out being blocked by the bar

What will you do for us?: I will become their medic and do objectives for the Combine.
How long have you been in City 18: About a week, getting to know the Combine and people of its walls.
Can a CWU have possession of computers?: I think so, I have seen a lot of them use them.
Can the CWU have possession of guns?: Absolutely, possetivly not! Any CWU seen with a gun should be stripped of his title.
If a citizen runs up to you and asks for help, explain in detail what you would do:It depends, if they want to know where, or when something is, I would tell them. If they wanted help with something illegal I would instanly decline and tell an officer.

Derreck was born December 3, 1992. He grew up as a popular kid who loved treating peoples injuries and also selling some items as well.When he was 14 his parents died in a horrible factory accident. After his parents died he started his Medic/Surgeon training courses. November 7, 2006, He graduated, top of his class from his training. He never married,nor had children. He liked that way. There was nothing in the world more important to him then the patients he treats. When the Combine took over he instantly became a loyalist. He quickly earned his ArmBand and 9 loyalty points knowing, that he could treat more people that way. He still is a Medic/Surgeon today, and treating patients just as well.
