A simple idea: NO PK WEEK

PKs are given out too much in hl2rp, quite simply

unless its changed since i was there, pretty much most deaths would end in a PK, which isnt how they should be used for proper "serious" role play, this would be a good idea to see how the server would cope

It's hard enough having minges around, sprinting, minge grabbing, etc. Having people running around and breaking NLR would just add onto that. Besisdes, not only the person who died would have to follow NLR. All their friends and people they knew before they died would have to RP that factor in. I'd personally rather stick with PK's.

You just roleplay that a generic City45 citizen died? Not that hard.

How about temporary PK? The citizen being temporary PKed will not be able to use his/her characters for a limited time. And if the citizen has been temporarily PKed a number of times, the citizen will be permanently PKedThis may work as to what iFap said, some good RPers have put a lot of thought and effort into a character and it ended up in the character being PKed maybe because of a simple and innocent mistake they made.
