-Removed Wire Parenting (buggy, crashes the server).
-Fixed the bug where Coast Guards couldn't get there city owned SC-1 boats if they didn't have one bought before becoming a Coast Guard.
-New Zone System, when entering a zone, you are notified with a cool message in the top middle of the screen, also a zone indicator is located at the main HUD.
-Ambient Sounds (added a few days ago), works based on what zone you are.

Zone systems sounds AWESOME.

Cant wait to get home and join the server today.
