Models facing opposite

I have had this issue for a long while now, even happens a bit in spawnlist.
The models are facing the opposite of what they're supposed to be looking at!
So, I figured, there's some smart people around here.
Why not ask for help instead of being annoyed by it all the time!

Happens to me at almost every server that uses OA ;______;

Pretty sure it's a glitch with OA itself or something
