I like the current map as c18, as I think it "forces" you to passive, atleast somewhat.
It's pretty small, a lot of people stay around the plaza area, allowing for nice RP, as well as the nexus being fit for passive to. Another thing is a lot of people have C18, I just think it's a nice map, but maybe we could cycle between a few, good maps...

Late 50s / early 60s, America.
Because that era, the dress, the music and just everything was just so nice... everything seems so innocent back then, although the music especially from that period, sometimes I really wish I was born around then lol.

I don't really have a lot to say here, but if you're saying you applied 2 or 3 times and you didn't get in, don't act like WITHOUT the apps you would have got admin either. Instead of waiting for the owners to watch you, your just making them watch you instead. So yeah, if you don't get in with the apps, arguing for no apps won't help ya.
Personally I think the apps alongside the usual "admins-watching-players" system would work well; you could wait for the admins to watch you, securing more of a chance to become an admin, or apply if you think you deserve it, hearing peoples opinions etc.
