You could just start over with a completely fresh install of Gmod, along with all your other source games.
Its also possible an addon is conflicting with the windows, if that specific texture has been altered or moved.

Just from my experience, AMD CPUs are slower than intel CPUs for gaming. Intel just seems to have the performance with raw power supporting their processors. This pic shows a FPS graph that is comparing the top CPUs. Find the model number and start comparing side by side results! I use intel / nvidia for my gaming machine, and always will. Hope this helps.

i have a player that is trying to make a ban request on an important issue. but the link keeps taking him to the home page. Seems to work just fine for me tho.
He is using google chrome, he is logged in, can access his profile and other postings, but can not make a new one. Any ideas?

There is no true way to tell how much wear and tear they have on them or how long they will last without owning the registration info...

Why is catalyst-gaming restricting this game mode so much?
Isn't this RP server based Real Life scenarios? If a thug/outlaw saw someone with a pallet of cash being loaded onto a boat in a ghetto neighborhood, and had a gun, they would mug that dude at any cost!
There is no 'RP' way to stop someone with a package, other than prop blocking, between Blue Harbor & Red Harbor!
It definitely seems things are getting out of control with the rules and regulations that are being enforced.
I understand most of these rules are put in place to protect new players and to gain motivation for others to keep earning money, but this is dramatically forcing a dull game mode where every action you take is monitored and restricted to the uptight scale of possible RP scenarios.
its almost like, you cant do anything with out double checking the rules now....

Launch each game so you can see their menu. It should self update. i had to do it for HL2
If that doesnt work, try reinstalling HL2 and CS:S
There are workstation addons that give you all the content as well.
