Hmph, I feel like defects are not adequate in power to benefits. Social skills dropped and slightly chance that contraption may not work is not a big price for such knowledge.

Good backstory, your RP level is fine as well, headcrab could give good opportunities to RP.

Since I saw your RP many times, and it was always pretty good, you can consider it accepted with following authorizations:
British Armed Forces remnant
Trained moves (military-type)
Hand-to-hand knowledge (unarmed, melee)
Model change (models\Humans/group02/female_01.mdl)

I didn't deny your application only because of your backstory. In your 1st application, you wrote this is IC section: Notable Qualities: Some military knowledge including tactics and codes/terms. Knowledge about weaponry including usage of certain weapons(local gunranges when he was younger.) In HL2 canon, everyone with any military knowledge - soldiers, officers, recruits, everyone - was killed. In your new application, you used the same character, which previously was classified as level one malignant. It means that he's an anti-citizen, so it means that you automatically fail loyalist check.

Let me clear this up. Admins who issued ban was me, and Blt.
We were arguing with this guy roughly for 30-40 minutes, explaining that he cannot has 'orange jumpsuit from Aperture Science', and his character was not working there, unless he made authorization application and it was accepted.
We tried asking him kindly to change his physical description and backstory, but all the time he was denying to do so, derailing the topic and not allowing himself to be explained that he is not allowed to have such character without proper application.
We gave him choice, either face punishment for non-canon backstory and asspulling orange suit, or change it and go with HL2 canon story. He denied to change the backstory and physical description, therefore we issued punishment. 40 minutes of explaining and asking him to change the backstory or physical description were enough for him to understand.
