Maybe you could add whisky and stuff.  Completely legal unless the mayor outlaws it.  Would be a good passive rp tool, and would be fun to sell at a bar.  Or vodka and such, each drink would be more powerful.  Also, add affects to it, like blurred and slowed screen affects, make it more realistic, this would give cops more reason to pull people over and such, would be cool since this would effect driving capabilities.  Yes, a lot more crashing, or maybe not, depends on how much they drink, but it would be good for rp.  Make it craft-able like the weapons and such, but you need a distiller and other things to make it.  Different drinks and outcomes, such as alcohol poisoning if you drink to many at once or have a bad mix, witch would be a 1/100 chance of happening when crafting.

All I'm thinking about is crafting moonshine hehe. I am ok with it, doesn't really do any harm and it is good for small RPing.
