/roll is very vital to roleplay. Today, it was my first time playing OCRP2, and this man was brought to court. He provided these documents that said that he has a disorder in which he can't help himself from peeing (HE peed on me and my car, and another officer). So we decided to use /roll to see if they were fake or not, but the /roll command wouldn't work so we couldn't do it.
TLDR Please re-add the /roll command as it's very useful for certain roleplay situations.

/roll was never in OCRP btw.
I like this idea, but I've never really known how it works. Is it just that I type /roll and then it prints like: Crap-Head rolled 3 (a number from 0-10). Or how does it work?
Sounds like a really useful feature :)

Like in HL2RP, it's a random number between 1-100.
Example:
I type: /roll
And it shows...
Charlie Smith has rolled 99.
It's very sexy and would be very useful for RP situations that need a "tie breaker". TY for taking notice to my suggestion crap head.

Would it be possible to cap it like on World of Warcraft?
In that /roll is 1–100, but you can also do /roll 10, which is 1–10, which if possible would allocate to casinos and such to be used to great efficiency; both passively and actively.

nah. its added in now, its 0-100. not gunna modify it anymore.

Just use it the way that 1-10 = 1, 11-20 = 2, 21-30 = 3 etc. :)
Then you have the 1-10 roll :)
