There's a bug that when you press F2 to teleport this error pops up

His computer should run fine with gmod. I mean even with my system on a full server in the city i only get about 20-30 fps.

What are your system specifications? (use speccy)
also verify integrity of your game cache see if that fixes it, also suggest doing it with all other source games you have.
