Units will understand and follow the teachings included in this document and disperse them accordingly.

Humanity is at the peak of its civilization. Prior to our Benefactors' presence humanity was inevitably doomed to suffer. Unable to cure cancer, technologically restricted to the resources of planet Earth, poverty in the masses with thousands starving and the few privileged few living luxurious lifestyles, without the interference of our Benefactors humanity would surely and inevitably collapsed under our own nature of greed. It is to our Benefactors that we owe our faith - the ones who came to enlighten humanity to our wrongdoings and to uplift us to our true potential, bringing with them their advantageous gifts of medicine, technology and cultural aspects that we have now integrated into our society. Body augments that have allowed humanity to be forthright launched into the next stage of it's evolution will become the standardized normality. Senior units within the Civil Authority are living examples of this: the few who have made sacrifices so that we may all advance into the beyond. Without the interference of our Benefactors the cure to poverty and greed would be unobtainable: a parasite on our evolution. Through ration distribution all citizens are treated as equals. All citizens receive the same amount for greed will revert this pinnacle and inevitably sink humanity back into the depths of human nature. Without the assistance of our Benefactors it would be inescapable for humanity to escape our natural cycle of reproduction. It is only when we come to accept that we have surpassed the expectations of natural evolution and reproduction is no longer required that we will be free from its restraint.

It is your duty as a Civil Protection Unit to safeguard this future for humanity. War, genocide, weapons of mass destruction, these have all been abolished with the presence of our Benefactors. Without the interference of the Benefactors humanity would have been overcome to exogenous forces that intended to eradicate the human race. Without the implementation of the Civil Authority, resistance movements that seek to destroy the progress of evolution would inevitably succeed in their goals. Without the few willing to place their lives for the advancement of humanity our future could not be achieved. Without these few the ideal vision that our Benefactors are striving to achieve could not be attained. Those willing to serve our Benefactors through values such as integrity, honour, valor and undying faith will be rewarded in the next step of evolution: that many others will have to wait to even dream of.
