Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
George was around water from the moment he was born. He was born and raised until he turned 17 on a bayou. Living on a bayou means a few things. First, that you know how to kill a gator, and second, that you drive boats and airboats EVERYWHERE. George couldn't get to town without driving his dads boat, so he drove boats just about every day.
Because he also drove the airboats for quite a while, he also helped his dad maintain them. Over a period of about 10 years of watching his dad work on engines, he picked up quite a few tricks. That was until his father went beserk and killed his entire family, excluding Beans, Beef, and Meaty- but thats another story. When the portal storms hit, and a year later, Beans and Beef escaped from C45, they brough their talents with them. Beans is now trying to fix up an old muslce car.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
-Knowledge of fixing and maintaining engines and vehicles.
Defects
-If I ever get the car working, I will also have to maintain it day by day, and keep it well oiled and fueled.
What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to build a vehicle for me, my IC brother Beef, and all my friends, so I can deliver them to places faster, and carry things easier.
