So Basically I get an issue that is not allowing me to play Gmod anymore...

Pls help cure Steams Autism so I can play gmod again....

Oh and yes i've tried exiting steam, ending it's process. Restarting my computer, and also verifying the game cache (it just freezes every time I try)

Update: Just uninstalled Gmod, tried to re-install and now it won't even let me install it because of the same "Unknown Error".

Try deleting "ClientRegistry.blob" should be in your steam directory. Then restart steam.

Deleted that, restarted, and the unknown error still prevents me from installing.

I was already subscribed to the Dev-Branch Beta. After looking it opted me out, I tried to opt back in, then install. Attempted to Install and still wont work. Also, every time I restart Steam, it claims i'm not in the Dev Beta still, even though I've opted in like 16 times.

lol yes, and now I'm un installing Steam. We'll see what happens after a fresh install..
Post Auto-Merged: October 15, 2013, 11:34:22 AMAaanndd it works now. Just re-installed Steam and for some reason the derpiness went away. I don't know why it happened..but yea..it's fixed. Going to lock dis shiz now.
