1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character has wanted to join the CCA because he has always looked up to them ever since they took over the planet in the seven-hour war. He has been a loyalist citizen, purchasing goods like a receiver to contact them. He wanted power, instead of being a citizen that was like an insect being stomped by a shoe. He had then thought about the risks of his life though and how he was giving his life to them, but then he thought how unlikely the case of death by a resistance member.
He then took a train from the outlands, beyond City 45, and arrived in the destination, City 45. He then departed from the train, at the train station. He opened the big doors and saw many citizens, and one being arrested by a CCA. He knew being a CCA would deliver him power in this city.
So, he visited a Civil Union Worker, bought a receiver to contact a CCA, and clipped it onto his belt. He then roamed around the city, learning the areas if he ever did get accepted as a CCA. He had then contacted a CCA with his receiver. Then, his application being sent began.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I am expecting the CCA for me to be a good chance to see what it is like to be a CCA, as this is my first time. I am not choosing to be a CCA just because "i get wepon and kil citizan". I think it would be nice to roleplay and have control of the citizens. Being involved in intense firefights role-play style where you also shoot to miss to add extra roleplay has always been a dream of mine.
For my character, he is expecting it to be a great experience with power in mind. Aswell, the thought of not going to be amputated by the Combine for any thing he did relived him aswell. He knew that that wouldn't happen though, because he was a loyalist. The thought of fresh food, fresh water, and free housing made him think of what a great experience it would be.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.My character was born in 1980 in a suburban town in Massachussets. When he was a young boy, he had always been intrested in technology and studied it. At the age of 12, his father had taught him how to use a rifle, and his father was a law enforcement officer and his mother was a cook at a resteraunt. He then went to a private high-school, and was a hard-working student. He went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and had graduated there sucsessfuly. He had then bought himself a used black Audi A4, and bought himself a nice house. He had then worked as a game developer, and worked on many grossing games. He had then lived a normal life, until one day, he had saw something strange: Some sort of dropships in the air and advanced technology: The Combine. When the seven-hour war occured, his father was shot in the forehead and had died only 10 seconds after that due to a direct bullet piercing his skull. (because it says the law enforcement officers were all dead after it). His mother had attempted to kill one of the combines with a Remington 870, but then she was shot in the stomach and died a day after that. Even though angered about their deaths, he had then admired the combine and how they took over the earth so quickly, and their such advanced technology. These events had lead to him sending an application when he finnaly reached City 45. When he was in City 45, during his arrival, he had slowly opened the big doors, that swung open, and he saw a bunch of citizens, one being arrested. He knew the Combine had power in this city. He had then sent out the application (more detailed information about this part at first box) (counted about something over 300 words)

I want to see the experinence of roleplaying with power, and what it is like to be a CCA. I think it would also help with my roleplaying skills. (With another character, they actually said I improved when I was amputated because earlier I was being bad at RPing and didn't know how to RP fight and then the guy who amputated said I actually did a great job roleplaying that (roleplayed fear, begged not for my death, roleplayed pain). I think it would great to improve my skills even more, but this time as a CCA!
