[The Mysterious Stranger]

 Outcasts here. I will be leading the Outcasts as a faction needed in the City. Recruiting is going to be experienced sooner or later to those people who want to join and who are in special luck and greet. There are a few people are possibly doing threatening against other citizens and we do not want that. All we need is to keep the Civil Protection out and the citizens alive by using force and what I mean by force is to "amputate" UU members with weapons. Due to our experience with the outer Outlands and inner City. We are going to be a new faction in the City and we will thrive upon the stages in advance.

 You can help by maneurving small tasks such as donating resources that are greatly needed.

 You must join with no requirements at all but just yourself. Please do look for a guy who is American and has solitude accent and vocabulary. He will recruit you in.
