This is 1.2.
I prefer this video, right now 1.3 is out and will work with a later version.

Even though this game is becoming old, this is amazing, and weird because one single man can reach beyond famous graphic developers..
Yes, you would probably need a good computer. But after all it is worth it.

I watched this a few days ago and even now, it is breath taking especially the scenes at night where in some parts it looks real.

Rockstart need to hire this guy that's for sure.

EDIT: It actually works really well. Think of it has a texture pack but for GTA IV
