I would love to see citizens, panick like that if something threatened their lives. It's the basic; The strongest survives and nothing else.
It shows A LOT how humans react, when they know their lives is threatened and it's either them or another person.
An afraid person does everything, struggling to survive, even if he / she have to kill.

I can't really describe how an encounter with 270 feels like, you'll have to annoy her and make a lower ranked unit and experience it for yourself.
