What will you use Tool Trust for?
I'm only looking to use it for basically the ability to set up small spots to rest ICly, something like camps or makeshift bedrooms. This normally only entails a few pieces of cardboard, maybe a pot or two, and a book. Since I like to see what I'm doing, I also feel inclined to place down at least one light. I previously had TT on my character Halley Edwards before I deleted her long ago, as such, I also can not find my old TT application, which is why I'm re-applying here.

Have you ever had Tool Trust removed? No

Entry One- A (couple/few) days ago?
-So I just arrived in the much talked about City 18...but I don't remember what was said about it...In fact I don't remember much from the other city, it was...19 or...23? Oh well i'm sure it's a good City to live in.
 
-After getting off the train, I walked around the plaza aimlessly until I remembered that I was assigned a room, D-1 I believe. As I walked through the street to the Apartment there were some Civil Protection walking...er...Patrolling and talking to a few citizens.

-In the main lobby there were some CWU workers doing some cleaning or shit, its all basically the same though...*The writing trails off for a few lines, becoming indecipherable scribbles and doodles*...neared the bottom of the stairs there were at least 4 Civil Protection units attempting an arrest but, get this, the guy fell from the window...
 
-After squeezing past the officers I found my room, D-1, knocked and was greeted by...*the next word is written in huge letters occupying most of the page*

and his little asian 'lovebird', I swear if I was there now i'd KILL THEM BOTH, BUT ESPECIALLY...
*The word james is written like the last, occupying its own page that is covered in the large word and crude sketches of a dead man*

-I introduced myself...told them I was 'Everyones favorite pollack' and of course they probably thought I was bat-shit insane...but to be honest...I think they were almost dead on...
  -After some awkward sitting we had a few awkward conversations...then I went to sleep for a few hours...
Dammit...i've lost my train of thought i'll do more later...
