Me and Ven can't agree on who is better out of Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus. I won't voice my full opinion at the moment but i want to know what everyone else thinks so vote for the best.
Also vote for everything, not just looks.

I believe Katy has a clear victory. The poll will stay open but at this moment, its a land slide.
