EDIT: Anyone confused by this show, the idea is that each country is a person, and that said person leads the country they are named after.
EXAMPLE: When the Allies attacked the Axis, China literally went up to Germany, and hit him in the face with a waf (Chinese pan).

I would pick this one show called "Cho Bot" or something like that. Only because of how stupid it is, and the things the characters would do. I haven't seen it in awhile and it's like the only anime I've watched :P
