Hello. I haven't posted an introduction of my self, although I have been with catalyst for over a year. So, I think it is time to make one... Well, I mostly play either Garry's Mod or Chivalry: Medieval Warfare depending on which is more populated, and most my time on Garry's Mod goes to Catalyst Gaming's HL2RP servers, and when I'm not playing either of those games, I'm either Away From Keyboard, photoshopping, playing tekkit, or talking, or doing something with my friends....Not much else to say on that topic, so here in a new one Age: 15 Gender: Female Favorite Song: Dishonored Theme Song. My brother was actually the one to sign up with Catalyst Gaming and Steam, so if you know me from 'ages' ago, it is probably not the same person you knew. Sorry. A brief explanation would be: I was PK'd without roleplay actually being carried through. I joined the server, when there were three people on. All units. I roleplayed with them on my Anti-Citizen character to give them something to do, then once the server filled up, I left to roleplay in P3, as this is a murderous character. There was an area (just outside the exit to P3) full of citizens. I /me'd looking at all their figures, to look at their muscularity in other words. I then picked one man, asking him to come with me into the church. I took him into the coffin. Long story short, I was RPing attempting to knock him unconcious when a man came and walked into the door. (Daniel Slater) I ICly notied him, although did not notice he had a gun so I did not turn around. After getting the man I was attacking on his knee's, while I had a large splinter to his neck, (sharp enough to pierce skin) my character turned around to face the man behind her. At that point, he said "Stop fighting" and that is all I read, though I did not finish reading the /me, as it actually stated that he was pointing the gun to my waist. We ICly argued, then it ended up in him doing a /me at shooting at me, and it said 'While the gun had been aimed for quite a while now'. (Not an exact quote) I disagree'd that he had it aimed, as I had missed the earlier /me about it, though he soon pointed it out. I began to argue that in a dark room, with the only light source a small bit of light coming from underneath the door, and the guy had a flashlight which tip was against the ground, meaning barely more light than under the door. He soon asked me not to go into 'technicallities' which I disagree'd on. He explained that he should be able to know where the waist is, and accurately aim at my waste based on that. But, I had done a /me a while back (When I had entered the coffin) saying that I was whispering, and explained that I did it but he was not there when I did it. We requested Jonco's pressence as we did this, and the guy I was attacking claimed to be a forum administrator, but he wasnt a HL2RP administrator. (cow - hello was his steam name) I soon said that I do not believe that /me should be counted, instead re-done, or voided, and they said that I am not allowed to do that. I had not known that, and personally I think you should be able to void a certain action, if all the users involved agree. Jonco soon arrived, and I said, clearly that I had to eat lunch in a few minutes. As I was typing, the man shot me WITHOUT roleplaying it, and jonco PK'd it. Im not sure if they assumed/wanted me to post an appeal on the forums or not, but here I am. Others will have different opinions on this, and I know I have missed details, such as them asking for me to just continue with RP, and the last /me was a repeated one from earlier, but I believe I have stated the major ones. If you request for me to put in ever little detail I shall, but I do not believe they are neccessary. Thankyou for reading P.S: They also called me a minge, and yes I find that offensive. Name: Sizuah Ellister Age: 10 Gender: Female Affiliation: None Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations. Sizuah Ellister, born in the small village of Buzlia, 2007, April the 21st. Sizuah Ellister was born in a small village, in a rainforest. The village had around eighty people, meaning it was a hard-working village. Her mother worked as a farmer, farming wheat and other substances to sell and feed the people. While her father worked with the City Administration Council (CAC) to organize this city. Sizuah herself lived at home, along with her older sister, and older brother. Her sister was thirteen when Sizuah was born, and her brother was seven. Sizuah spent all her time playing, or anything she could do to help until she was seven (2014) when she could finally help her mother in the farm, and sometimes her father. She helped her father by giving him suggestions about things she wanted to happen, but of course they never happened. While when working with her mother, she would plant the seeds for the crops her mother was growing, then collect them when they are grown. During her spare time, she tended to keep the one guard in the watch tower company, when her mother was cooking dinner. The guard taught her some interesting facts, about birds and animals he would see while he was on guard. Sizuah just sat there, playing with her few toys, but listened most of the time. She soon realized she could be doing a lot more than sitting down with her toys, so she went outside the village to see if she could spot one of the many animals that the guard had told her about. While she was there, she uses to lean against a big oak tree, carving small knives, out of wood. She thought it would be handy to know how to use a rock to turn a stick into a weapon, in case she had to survive on her own one day. After another few years (2015) she helped build a small, weak, wall around the village to cover it, as military troops had been spotted near the village. She helped carry large sticks and logs to the wall, and sometimes she even got to place a few items onto the wall, such as flowers, vines, etc. She enjoyed science, but not mathematics. During the day she would help the village, then make basic items, and spend time with the guard. But at night, she use to watch science shows quietly when her mother, father, sister, and two brothers went to bed. She began to be taught how to read, write, swim, and many other skills. She did not care for such 'stupid' subjects, she just wanted to run her mother’s farm, and spot the animals, but she was forced to at least learn basic swimming and reading. During her birthday this year, she had been given an 'Extreme Wild Learning Pack for Kids' kit. It contained survival guides, some safety equipment she could use to build her own little hide-away in a bush, and some other useful items. She barely used this however, but she did not want to be rude by not using it. (2016) they had gotten a new, small Television in their house, to replace their old one, and they watched Television during dinner that night, that was surprising because they always sat at the table and talked to each other. On the news, there were reports of strange zombie-like creatures, and other alien-like creatures. The whole village did not believe in such bullsh*t, or so they believed. One, dark, dark, day, Sizuah was awoken by a loud banging sound, followed by flames and ashes. She immediately was grabbed, by her father, and he took her to the East-Edge of the village. He said "Sizuah, there are problems in the village, I need you to hide in these bushes, and no matter what, do not come out until I tell you." Then he ran off. Sizuah thought this was quite exciting, and didn't realize the danger of the situation. She hid in the bush, carving her knife slowly as usual when she was bored. She soon heard a large explosion, and saw flames enter the air; she peeked out of the bush, to see a dark figure, holding a sort of container, the figure then threw the container at the farm, it created a loud beeping sound, followed by a small explosion. She immediately jumped back in the bush, not realizing how loud she was, so she huddled up to the tree that the bushes surrounded, peering out every now and then. She never went out of her hiding place that day. The rest of the day, and night, she sat there, quietly sobbing to herself, making sure not to alert anyone, or anything. She eventually got to sleep, and she was woken up many times by strange noises, in which she tried to ignore once she knew what was causing it. In the morning, the village was no longer on fire, but destroyed. There were dead bodies, everywhere, she could not believe her eyes, but she was forced to. She made her way to her house, excited to at last see her family, but they were not there. Only the dining room remained with a roof, the table tipped over and the chairs broken into a million pieces. She travelled for days, surviving off berries and other substances, until she reached a village, where she hid near or on the roof, watching the people inside....She crafted her many items, made her own clothes from bits of shredded up cloth in the clinic, and the many beds. Lilly Helgon's Civil Authority ApplicationOOC Name: X/G|???M§D???Th??I???N IC Character Name: Lilly Helgon 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.Lilly Helgon, ever since she was put in the city she has been scared of rebellion. She has been exploring combine technology, admiring what they have made. She has always followed all orders of any unit, and given help in any way she can. Whether it is feeding or giving tips about City45. She thought that if she joined the CCA, she would be less afraid. She has kept her criminal record to a minimal, helping the combine by reporting all anti-citizen behavior. She has always felt a need for further justice within the city. When she was the age of 22, she thought about helping to stop crime by joining the civil protection. She slowly grew a greater lust to be a member of the CCA, and then she would be stronger. She also has no other options from her opinion, she can either die as a citizen, or have a chance to live as a member of the CCA. She has been trying to keep citizens from disrespecting officers and letting them do their job. As the years past, her lust for justice grew stronger. She offered help to all officers, trying to be like them any way she could without getting in the officers way. She has always had a lust for power and justice, but it was only recently that she became serious about it. Now she wants to be stronger and braver, but she can only do this through the CCA. 2) Please detail your characters traits. I think that this will be a great opportunity to role-play, from what I have seen the CCA have to do better role-play, so I believe it might improve my role-play enough that I will be able to role-play other roles in CG. She was born in a town called "Levividia" and was raised there until the age of 4, in which she had to move to a new town. She moved to a town called "Anilia" and she finished her primary school years. She did not have any friends in primary; she preferred to sit down alone. Some said she was mental, but she only disliked others in the school greatly. She was one of the smarter children in school. She often got harder work then the other students. She was not the smartest, but she was one of the smartest. She was put up one grade in school, and she was still smarter than most of the students, but she was only a little above average in mathematics and spelling. The school was small, with less than forty-five children. As she went into high school, she grew very shy, as the high school had more than one-hundred-and-fifty students in it. She had but one friend out of all those students, but she barely talked in person. In high school she was struggling in some classes. As the years past in high school her grades slowly raised. She studied mainly in the human body, mathematics, and electronics in high school. At the age of 14 she moved away from her parents to live with a friend, still in the same town. She lost her friend, and grew lonely as the years past. She never talked to anyone, not even her parents. Her time was going into her tests. As she sat there, sitting in her chair, she thought to herself words her mother had said to her. (It is: Nothing. Ever. Alone. Pain.) She went to UNE (College) for three years straight. She spent most of her time doing her PHD, but studied further into biology, and the human body. She finished school when she was 16. When she had spent her two years on biology and human body, she spent more time working in electronics for a year. She greatly improved in all her subjects that she studied and finished two years early. She grew up alone and confused inside, but she didn't care. She always sat there, watching everyone who walked past her window. She would sit there in her free time thinking about odd things. It was a blur in her mind, she just knew that it was something she didn’t know anything. Her fingers scratched against the handles of the chair as she thought about it. She of course didn't mean to, but as the chair rocked, it was scratched. All she could think of was odd things. She sat there in her free time. She soon moved out of her friend’s house. By now she was at the age of 20. She left her house with $1000 from her parents. She was able to live in a house for a few weeks, while finding a job. She got a high-paying job as a nurse, just before she was going too evicted. She talked through microphone in a plain, white room. With nothing but a microphone, chair, and some screens. She told the doctors what to do in emergencies. When she was 23, she quit her job and lived an ordinary life without work. She was quite successful from her many years of work, able to live on the money she had earned for a year before working again. But then the 7-hour war came. Her parents were killed and she was dragged from her house. As the combine moved in, they killed her dog. She tried to hide, but the combine kicked and dragged her, screaming out of her room. She was put through many things. Taken to many places. As she watched from her escort away from her home, all she saw was fire. All she heard was screaming and gunshots, all she smelt was death. She was put through strange tests, and they took her to see a few strange combine. Not like the others, they were dressed in white with a red circle on their mask. She was interrogated many times about things she didn't even know about. When they finally gave up on her, they hit her head with a dark, grey, baton. She then woke up on a train. The train ride stopped at many places, it was days before she arrived at city 45. She was scared of the civil protection and tried to stay out of their way, as well as everyone else. She slowly grew less fear full of the civil protection. She hid most of the time, but talked to the civil protection at times. She sometimes tried to talk to a few units, but she never got a response. Her spine got damaged from an interrogation she went through, in which she had to hide as much as she could to avoid being killed. But after a few months, she recovered. She started to want to become a civil protection unit, though didn’t want to hurt innocent people, but she soon thought to herself "The rebels do more damage to the innocents then the CCA" Then she began her journey on gathering information for the civil protection, and soon began helping them, then she finally applied. When she first came she thought that the civil protections were evil, but they were earth’s overlords now. So she slowly got less scared and felt a belonging. She moved to a town called "Anilia" and she finished her primary school years. She did not have any friends in primary, she preffered to sit down alone. Some said she was mental, but she does disliked others in the school greatly.. She was one of the smarter children in school. She often got harder work then the other students. She was put up two two grades in school, and she was still smarter then most of the students, but she was average in mathematics and spelling. The school was small, with less then fourty-five children. As she went into high school, she grew very shy, as the highschool had more then one-hundred-and-fifty students in it. She had but one friend out of all those students, but she barely talked in person. In high school she was struggling in some classes. As the years past in high school her grades slowly rised.She studied mainly in the human body, mathematics, and electronics in high school. At the age of 14 she moved away from her parents to live with a friend, still in the same town. She lost her friend, and grew lonely as the years past. She would sit there in her free time thinking about something strange. It was a blur in her mind, she could not see it, she didn't know anything about it. Her fingers scratched against the handles of the chair as she thought about it. All she could think of was that. She sat there day and night, then she found out what it was. She was quite successful from her many years of work, but then the 7-hour war came. Her parents were killed and she was dragged from her house. As the combine moved in, they killed her dog. She tried to hide, but the combine kicked and dragged her, screaming out of her room. She was put through many things. Taken to many places. As she watched from her escort away from her home, all she saw was fire. All she heard was screaming and gunshots, all she smelt was death. She was put through strange tests, and they took her to see a strange combine. Not like the others, it was different...Then an explosion forced the door open. She was being dragged as she watched the combine fire at the men who came in through the door. She was interrogated many times about what she saw at that moment, she was tortured. When they finally gave up on her, they hit her head with a dark, grey, gun. She then woke up on a train. The train ride stopped at many places, it was days before she arrived at city 45. She was scared of the combine, and tried to stay out of their way, aswell as everyone elses. She slowly grew less fearfull of the combine, feeling a place of belonging. She sometimes tried to talk to a few units, but she never got a responce. Her spine got damaged from a interrogation she went through, in which she had to hide as much as she could to avoid being killed. But after a few months, she recovered. She started to want to become a civil protection unit,though didn't want to beat up innocent people, but she soon thought to herself "The rebels do more damage to the innocents then the CCA" Then she began her journey on gathering information for the civil protection, and soon began helping them, then she finally applied. Well, I reported somethings to CCA. which was aparrently voided. They were killing me for telling CCA about something, EVEN though it was voided. I had to go to talk to a coder about something, but I still allowed them to kill me (The RP semt fun, so I allowed it to continue). Then I came back from coding, and they requested me to be PK'd. I was PK'd by SatN and told the one who requested (Derpy Hooves - #RSO2012) the Pk that I was going to post a PK appeal.They kept accusing me of meta-gaming and stuff, but atr the time I did not know it was voided till they told me. I hope who ever is reading supports my opinion and a operator does to. Thankyou for reading my appeal and I hope it acts.

I am planning on making a HL2RP slightly based on Catalyst-Gaming.net's HL2RP. I was wondering what I am allowed to use, and what I am not allowed to use. I could put some credit for your brilliant HL2RP in there, along with who coded it and who my company is. If you would not like me to use any of the 'Main Structures' of HL2RP, like;Rations,Nexus,Ranks, then please just tell me I can not. I am going to use the nexus and rations anyway but I will make them completely different if you do not want me to use your ideas.
I will respect your choice and if there is anything that I am allowed to use, it would be very helpful as I am stuck for ideas in HL2RP gamemode production. Thankyou for reading.
