HL2: We Remember (Short HL2 Movie)

This is just a very short movie I made.

Those 3 survivors at the end are Zak Grant, Skyler Rematon, and Dave Woods. I know it might be a bit off canon, but I had nothing to go off of.

Watch in HD and please say what you think, I might want to make more. Make sure to also watch in full screen!

Konstatine Ivanov - Held in prison cell for Anti-Civil activity for several months. Unkown if he's dead or alive.

Filmmaking tip, use cl_drawhud 0 to get rid of the hud elements such as health and ammo etc. You show promises in other areas, I would suggest upgrading away from Windows Movie Maker however, a good next step would be Sony Vegas. Very easy to pick up and use. (Easier than WMM I could argue.)

Develop on your story writing skills, keep up work on your camera angles and movements (watch movies for research ;]), and start to learn some more advanced skills such as SDK Faceposer and give your characters life.

Here's a quick example of something I started working on a while back that I never finished for a long dead community which shows off camera angles, use of editing, faceposer and character development.

Thank you, I am always looking for ways to improve. However, I did use cl_drawhud 0 aswell as Sony Vegas. I did see that one part, there was a hud. I am not the best at it but I am improving. Also I would love to talk to you sometime. It is my first.
