1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
My character would like to join the CCA mainly because he is a loyalist that wants a job. (Other than cleaning up trash and being a CWU worker.) He also wishes to join it because he wants to invent new things for the U.U (Grid). He thinks that his inventions will be very useful to the CCA and U.U.

He also thinks that the new government that the UU installed is better than democracy. He thinks this because his idea of democracy is that the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. So he would like to become a CP so he can enforce this government. Also he thanks the U.U for sparring his brother and parents.

He hates criminals and anti-citizens that don't obey the law because he likes the world to be an orderly place. Also he will actually do his job unlike some CCA members he sees. //No really the CCA aren’t doing their job, one time this woman ran up the steps and A. 2 CPs on the balcony saw her and B. An ofc that was going in saw her, and they didn't do anything.\\ He feels like he will be very good at this job.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I had a CCA before on CG, he got removed for F***ing up. This time I will not Fuck-up, as I have learned from my mistakes in the CCA. I will do my best to RP to the best of my ability. Also I hope I get accepted because the CCA was fun as hell.

Albert Jone Has studied the CCA units and he has learned how the CCA ranks work. He also found out that Rcts cannot patrol alone and he saw some units get treated badly from their superiors. He prepared to be a Rct and get treated badly from higher ranks. He will do anything he can to enforce the U.U's law.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
As an early child Albert Jone liked his family and the school he went to, He had many friends and liked his teacher he always wonder how things work one day he found a pen. He noticed it looked a little like a water bottle with those screw off caps // You know like on a water bottle there are little ridges that the caps screws on?\\ He started to twist it and... It pops off! He takes apart the whole thing and he is very proud of himself
He tries to put it back together. It seems right, he clicks the button and...Pop! The pen comes out. Yay! he thinks.

As a teenager Albert decided to study physics and engineering. He had 2 white friends, John and Mark one day in 8th grade...

"Holy shit. You guys hear what’s going on?"Asked John, Albert and Mark replied by saying "No, What?" "Okay you know Jimmy right?" "The nerd? Yeah…What about him?" Asked Albert "He's getting all the chicks!" Albert and Mark both laughed. Mark asked "Surely you can't be serious?" John replied by saying "See that's what I was going to say, there are a lot of rumors about and I want to find out if they are true!" "Perfect..." Said Mark "What?" Asked Albert in a curious voice "See I always watch spy movies and so I made my own spy kit and tactics I wanted to test em' out one day.. And guess what? Today's the day..."
Later at 4:17 PM
"Alright glad you could make it guys" Mark said on the hill overlooking Jimmy's house. "Since this is a white neighborhood Albert can't be the eavesdropper, it’ll be too obvious, so you will be watching from this hill. John you look over on that hill" Mark pointed towards another hill opposite of the one they are on. "Take these binoculars, radio, watch and compass I'll will tail and eavesdrop him. You guys tell me where he's heading." He looked at his watch. "Shit it's almost 7:30 come on John get to the Hill I'll get down there." They both ran leaving Albert on the hill after about 2 minutes Albert heard on the radio "I'm on the hill" Followed shortly by "Okay I'm on the street, hiding behind some trash cans." Albert saw Mark on the street and John on the hill, so he said "I see you guys" "Alright I see Jimmy coming back from lunch" Said John's voice over the radio. Albert responded by saying " Yeah I see him t-Wait who the hell... Is that?" "John finished his sentence for him by saying "Samantha!??!" Mark's voice came on the radio "Yeah their talking about the prom... Alright we got what need to know... Rally at the Burger king.”
14 minutes later
Albert casually walked into the Burger joint ordered 3 Burger meals then sat down, John walked in and say Albert, and sat next to him, Mark came 1 minute later and did the same. The cashier yelled out "Number 56!" "That's me" said Albert. He walked up to the counter and took the food he walked back to his table and gave a burger meal to each of them. "Thanks" They both said "Well we found out what we needed..."Said Albert

17 Years later
Over the years Albert got PhD in Physics and got a job as an engineer in a factory maintaining the machines in the factory... Then the portal storms came, no one knew what they were. Then the combine came Albert was scared and followed the governments orders, but then the combine came and found Albert's hiding place. Albert woke up with bruise on his head and one of the aliens asking him questions "Hello" "Name?" said the alien "Albert Jone" Said Albert nervously “Okay your C.I.D is 22022, remember that." Albert was then transported to City 45; He liked it there so he helped the combine by picking up trash and reporting crimes. One day he decided to join the CCA so here he is now.

The Combine occupation of Earth didn't bother John Marett very much as his brother, father and mother were not killed
. He also thinks that the government system that the Combine installed is much better then democracy as his opinion of it was "The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer."He wants to help enforce this new "Communist" like system by joining the CCA. He also wants to enforce this by being one of the best CPs out there as he thinks the Combine are just 3 levels under god. John is ready to do anything to become as loyal as possible to the Combine.

John always respected the CP very much as he saw then as role models and he very much likes CWU as he sees then as the best people next to CP. John also wants to join the CP because he wants to be a role model as he sees himself as a role model for standard citizens turning in contraband, helping the CP with tasks etc...He does not like any one who thinks that the Combine is a horrible empire he thinks that they are horrible them selves for thinking that. As a loyalist he loves and respects the Combine as any other loyalist should do.
he likes to have the CP around in case him or someone wants to report something like contraband or rebel activity.

Another reason John wants to become CP is because he thinks that there is too much anti-CCA activity going around and not enough CP to stop it ( in his city atleast). So he belives that that joining the CP he could become an extra enforcer that (in his opinion) is much needed in his city. He thinks this because of 2 main resistances in his city "The Red Union" and "The Phoneix Resistance". He thinks he will be useful to the CP as he has read one of the TPR posters and it said find the clicking and more than 4 times he has heard clicking around him. He also wants to help by issuing orders to citizens to help inform them of what they should be doing.

John Marett has seen recruits get treated badly from there superiors and he is prepared for this kind of disrespect and hatefulness from other CP. He thinks this because he is very tough for an average citizen and can take punishment from most things. He as well knows of benefits From being a CP such as upgraded rations etc... He also thinks that having the Nexus is a benifit to him because knowing that sometimes he will spend his entire day in there he thinks that it is a very safe working environment for him. The last thing he thinks that the CCA will give him is increased respect from most citizens.

For me IRL I think that I will be a good CP because usually when I play as CP in other servers people say that I do a good job if they rp correctly like me. I would like to be cp on this server because i'm tired of having RDMers and minges running around killing CP left and right and seeing as how this server mostly prevents that, i would like to be CP on this server. I also belive that by having the responsibility of a CP officer it could train for becoming an admin( if i do).I am also not a minge so that gives me another reason to become CP.The last and final reason i want to join CP is because i want to have privileges that most other people don't and i belive that i am responsible enough to hold these privileges.

Born in Heidelberg, Germany, John had a nice and happy life as a child. He did not have any terrible events happen until he was 14 when his grandfather died of old age. His family was a medium wealth family and his father was a CEO at a major franchise store. s.

In his pre-teen years he had decided to study war strategies and make up his own because one day, he decided to design the world's best army he continued to design units and strategies. Over this experience John learned many things and at the age of about 14 he had the mind to have a 6 man squad of recruits take out a  26 Spec Ops Soldiers. He even thought that with the right tools and weapons he could take over the World. He continued to study and make/design strategies units and tools all the way to his teen years

His teen years were very good to him. His research of tool and unit designs manged to make him about 1000$ as the U.S army saw them as very good designs. The rest of his teen years were average.

In his adult years he continued his research and had a good job as a researcher in Oxford. He was almost 21 when the "Portal storms" happened, he being the thinker he is decided to study these "storms" he was one of the first to discover that they were actually portals but then when he became 21 the 7 hour war happened. He tryed to do what the U.S government told the public but by the time he knew what was going on the U.S was taken over by the combine and so then the combine rallied up all the citizens in his city and then he was relocated to City 17.

In city 17 he thought it was nice there as he liked the new government the Combine installed. after a few days in city 17 he was then relocated the city 45 where he decided to join the CP he did activities such as cleaning the street turning in contraband etc..
After being declined for his first App. he decided to try again in about 1 week so now he is back here Answering the questions for the app.

The reason his father was not in the British Army and instead the U.S Army is because his wife's father won a Green Ticket lottery and he married his wife fast enough to get the green cards himself as he was allowed to stay 1 month in the U.S to study physics.

I am hoping to join the CCA for the HL2RP server i already have a Armband but not 10 posts so i guess this just puts me one step closer to becoming CP, hopefully i get accepted in the CCA.
