Also adding to what Riemar said the Americans probally would have gotten involved after a while but it could be argued that they waited for the reason that they wanted to weaken Russia. When you look at it England was still "untouched" by German soldiers whereas Russia was getting trampled on by the Nazis. It could be said that if say the Germans had of landed on British shores in 1940 then the Americans would have launched D-day much earlier. I do agree with your points though.
Actually, Germany has sent an attack to London. It was called 'The Blitz'.

Hehe I was quite aware but thats why I said "untouched" by German soldiers. It wasn't actually being invaded the same way france was. If it had of been underattack like france was (which is what I said) then it may have been different. I respect your point none the less :3

When its done it should controll a basic network and have a database store for the other computers :3

Also studying cold war and ww2 in history. Just getting too how Hitler became dictator after Hindenburg died. Already studied the cold war. Might add that the cold war was rather pointless

Everyones argument for WW3 being completely and utterly impossible for the sole reason that "It would be bad". This amuses me to watch.
Look, that fact is, it will happen, and nuke probably wont be very involved, because thats foolish, and the entire damn world realizes that. Any gov who uses a nuke in a war will have half the world population at the capital beating on the door with some very sharp instruments. Why are you all so obsessed with nuclear weapons? WW3 will come, like it or not, but its unlikely to be nuclear. Im not saying it will come next week, or soon even. For all I know it will be a century or even a millennium from now, but chaos will always spring up, and saying "chaos isnt good" wont stop that. What can go wrong, will go wrong. I wont even try to assume how it will occur, like you guys seem to be...
Wow you basically just tried to undermine almost 40 years of history :L Ofc nukes will be involved just not in the sense that you are thinking. Nukes will be involved as a failsafe for the superpowers, which is what the cold war was. Anyone who tries to attack the superpowers e.g. China trying to invade USA because USA will pull their nukes out and say one more step and we blow you up and china will say, we will blow you up. Bam you have a stalemate. Again. It won't "happen". War will happen, war always happens but the entire world won't split into two sides because they wouldn't be able to fight. A war between superpowers plays out as political manoeuvres, economic strategies and technological advances. Big countries might fight little countries but the main contenders won't throw any punches at each other. The idea of "ww3" is foolish. Also don't try to undermine my argument by making it sound simplistic, it was much more in-depth than "It would be bad" etc.

No I am suggesting that they wouldn't go to war with eachother. If they did the loser would be whoever would run out of money first That or when one sides leader admits its stupid and make a peace treaty

Going back on many points allot of people are saying that this war would be thought between a superpower and a 3rd world country, or a 3rd world country vs a 3rd world country and it will most likely be because of oil. Can I just point out that that's not WW3? There will always be a war of some kind going on but that does not mean the entire world is involved in said war, therefore it isn't a world war? You are basically just saying that some time in the future there will be war... well duh? A world war would have to be where the superpowers and other parties are fighting each other. Now I think the cold war has shown us that superpowers don't fight each other mainly because if they try it would lead to full on nuclear fun time. I'm sorry but as Degtyarev said "Big guns" pretty much is the reason why it won't happen. Obviously its silly to say it like that but that's the truth. A super power trying to attack another one is suicide. The governments of the world no this. If ww3 does happen I welcome anyone who wants to spend their last 3 minutes before the bombs drop to come rub it in

One time had a dream where I left school and an alien type thing killed me. Was pretty violent and I was like Damn. I woke up then and somehow I thought to my self "Damn I just lost the game! F*** that!"
So I went back to sleep and found myself in the same dream, only this time I knew what to expect and so I outsmarted the alien and came out victorious!
Is this normal to go back into a dream, and well... beat it?

All of them are pretty bad 1. War Against Drugs Started by Reagen and was a stupid idea from the start. You can't beat drugs, its not possible they will always be there and so will the drug dealers. Trying to tackle it only seems to make matters worse. Legalized drugs generally works better 2. War on Terror Again not really a war you can win and hasn't really got the west any where. Yeah after 10 years we finaly kill Osama but then what? Islamic extremists are still there. People still gonna be violent. A waste of life and could have been dealt with in a better way. Not to mention trigger happy insurgents killing lots of innocents in the east 3. WW2 In a sense this war wasn't pointless because the Holocaust had to be stopped. On the other hand was the war just a selfish attempt by England to stop Germany from having an empire? England did it themselves but they are happy to kill fuck loads of soldiers to stop Germany from doing it. Also if Hitler hadn't of been an anti-Semite looney who killed all those people and had of just minded his own business he probably would have gone down as one of the Greatest leaders of History. He had some good ideas and knew how to rule a country. He just wasn't smart enough to realize fighting the world wasn't going to work. 4. Korean War Don't know enough about it to comment 5. Vietnam Just a war driven by mass paranoia against communism. Lead to some horrific deaths and horrific use of weaponry and the worse part is it ended up making no difference, America still lost :l Also fun fact about the Vietnam war, the man who created "Agent Orange" had his son (who was a pilot) drop it over Vietnam. His son later died of Cancer because of the agent orange. Oh the ironies of war...

Wait am I being trolled? WW3 is an impossible event, it cannot happen for many reasons. Some of those reasons are:
1. Super powers (USA, China etc.) won't fight because of Mutually assured destruction, we can learn from the cold war that it won't happen. Not to mention that we are much more grown up then we used to be, we don't just start world wars
2. The countries that might war each other our 3rd world countries and are economically unstable and full of extremist politicians. They might rant on about war but at the end of the day we will have USA rush in there and then we have a Super power vs Guerrilla war, which ends up in deaths and no victors. Oh and that isn't a world war is it?
3. North Korea and South Korea won't fight because the North won't want to fire off nukes cause they will win and the south has a huge army so the north won't invade like that any way
And the reasons go on. This ain't MW3. This ain't Homefront. This ain't a damn video game. The world is too big now days for a world war to start, when you look at it back in ww1 and ww2 countries still believed in having empires and controlling the world. That don't exist. If China wants to rule the world they will do it economically because amazingly the leaders aren't nuke happy morons.
Oh and to a point earlier nukes are HUGE now days. 1 Nuke would be enough to take out countries as big as Russia and America. They generaly have a massive initial radius but then they jam pack the war head with smaller nukes which leads to all kinds of fun. So you wouldn't need to "carpet bomb" American with nukes.
Now please stop with the 1950s Communist threat paranoia. WW3 is not coming. We are not all going to be irradiated freaks in 20 years time. Look at the facts and get on with your lives.

Not to mention because of steam cloud all your data (including saves) will be moved over automaticly. All you might need is addons, which you could do from a USB stick to save time or a portable harddrive if you have one.

I have updated the drivers like 3 times and reisntalled them etc. Yes the Graphics card is being detected by windows and I wish that was the problem but it is plugged in

Im using a Gtx 560 graphics card and a 23" screen (HANNS.G HL231dbp) on windows 7. For some reason windows 7 is only letting me use 1620 x 1200 as my resolution despite the fact that this screen supports 1920 x 1080 as its max. I managed to fix it on my desktop with a nvdia program but the problem is still there for games. If any one knows how to get pass this or fix it please tell me. I am also using a VGA cable for the screen if that would effect it in any way.
