To interject: I believe that this rule would NOT be a good idea as LOOC is used for quick things like Admin stuff/Teaching/Clarification of an RP situation. However LOOC spamming should carry consequences.

Well, to tell the truth, I have never played Arena OR Daggerfall but I have played Morrowind to Skyrim. Here is what I thought; good games at their time, must have been stunning but now... in 2012 during my internet down time I had, I played them once more. Morrowind especially seemed pretty slow and clunky. Now, I am NOT saying it was bad because of graphics, I am saying it felt really outdated and in some parts, with me not having played Morrowind in years, I got stuck. I was not stuck due to game difficulty but rather where to actually go, rather noobish of me but I found the whole 90% murky woodland/swamp to be a little monotonous. I had more fun with the games the later in the series, oh the hilarity I had live-streaming Oblivion, all the ridiculously under-powered swords, swinging at a wolf outside Bruma...

PROJECT: COMPOUND LV-243 (TITAN)
PROCEDURE:Variant A of Titan was prepared.
TESTING:Titan was tested on Level One Offender
REPORT: Once the Titan paste was applied to the subject's teeth, the anticipated corrosive effect occurred, causing immense pain to the subject as expected. However the corrosion was too strong and after 2 and a half minutes of being inside the subject's mouth, Titan burned away the tongue and gums before burning the esophagus, vocal chords and unfortunately this caused the subject to die four minutes into the procedure.
CONCLUSION: Variant A is too acidic, must find a less potent variant that burns away enamel specifically, still no effective antidote to counter-act Titan.
Future Use: Intended for use in Apex interrogation.

The whole idea you are suggesting is discipline. We have that, to be any more and rule with, as you put it, "an iron fist" then realistically there would be no P3 or any of the RP that exists with anti-civil RP. Also the vid was a tad melodramatic but was ok, it is merely an interpretation of the world of HL2 and not necessarily absolute fact . Yes. We need more discipline within our forces.
I don't see you in the roster... nope. Not there. You have not real evidence to go on then if we need such a thing. I think the leaders of the CCA (High Command) are doing a fantastic job keeping everything in order.

As for 605, he is now head 01 and 280 has been awarded the rank of EU and the title of head of NFT. I must congratulate him at some point, it is a great achievement. Titan was discussed with 605 today, I must now figure out the affects it will have on the gums and esophagus, will test with animal tissues tomorrow and record results. think he means "blind" and there are couple problems I see. -You never said the exact type of laser or what batteries are required -No way could a laser flatline completely after every use -A laser would NOT be an effective repellent in a fight -It wouldn't work on any unit due to the visors being tinted (same reason they can't get flashed by scanners) -You also spell laser wrong...
