Major Server Update

• General Changes
• Fixed the shroom bug. Thanks to Tomasas.
• Added notifications on withdraw and deposit.
• Everyone is now allowed into the Icebar. The system was buggy so I removed it again.
• Gas cans now costs $250 and CANNOT be used on cars anymore. Use the gas pumps insted.
• Fixed the fire hose effect. No more console error spam with invalid effect.
• Added a bathtub to the furniture NPC.
• Added everything single item that a citizen can own to the "Cheepies Export".
• Added 3 hay bale targets, 2 patio tables, a warning barrel and a bookshelf. All located in the props category.
• Hopefully fixed the jails (again). This DOES work on the dev server but i think there are issues when more people are playing. If it doesnt work il redo the system soon.
• Car Changes
• Added Lotus Elise.
• Added Shubert Truck.
• Added 911 Turbo.
• Added 360 Spyder.
• Fixed seat possitions on the Evo, Bobcat and Dodge Charger.
• Dodge Charger now has every seat available. So 4 seats including the drivers seat.
• Government Changes
• Removed taser's from the police locker.
• Added more ammo to the police locker's and more given on "spawn". You should have enough now.
• Fixed the demoting function for Mayor and Chief. Avoid abusing this function!
• SWAT get double the amount of ammo now.
• Fixed the Mayor event about the fire in the suburban area. You can now ignore the event.
• Removed all the "Set ammo limit" from the police menu.
• Added Taser's for police, chief and SWAT.
• SWAT now gets handcuff's.
• If a SWAT officer gets KO'd or respawned, he/she spawns with the UMP.
• Exploits/Glitches Fixes
• Fixed people being able to drop item's they didn't have and then sell them. Buyer didn't get anything but the seller got the cash.
• Rescripted Anti-AFK. All exploits removed.
• Administration Changes
• Check money function added to the godstick.
• Demote function added to the godstick.
• Added ocrp_restartmap_v2d. Restarts the v2d map.
• Added ocrp_restartmap_v33x. Restarts the v33x map.
• ocrp_turtlebeach. Command has been there for a while but none of the admins knew about it.
• General Map Changes
• Gas pumps are now enabled. Thanks to Tomasas and Nicknero1405 for helping fixing them.
• 3D2D price logo added on the BP gas station. The price for gas is 150 Dollars.
• RP_EvoCity_V2D Changes
• Added the change model NPC. Located at the KFC.
• RP_EvoCity_V33X Changes
• Moved the model and the clothing NPC to the burger king.
• The Hight Street Store #1 is now for sale again.

It's because some silly guy made that event and made both options cost money. If you don't have enough money for any of them, you'll be stuck in that menu until you either rejoin or get enough money for it.

We raised the price so it is cheaper to drive to a gas station to fill up your car. This makes people drive less, or more slowly because yes, driving slower costs less gas.

Also the fact that you need gas to make ammo, it will make guns more expensive and hopefully more rare then they are now.

Alright so im going to get off my PC and as OCRP has a lot of players, i cannot push this new small update out.

RTLK will push another update out tonight but il leave my changelog here. Both for him to use and for anyone else to read up on.

• Removed the not working alcohol tester from chiefs.
• Added new car scripts for the shelby, mini, spyder, lotus, f50, lambo, corvette, aston martin and the murcielago.
• Fixed all of the new props having health. Can no longer "break".
• Fixed non-admins being able to do ocrp_warning, ocrp_turtlebeach, ocrp_restartmap_v2d and ocrp_restartmap_v33x.
• Added the new godstick features to gods hands.
• Gods Hands is now something admins gets by default.
• Fixed lockpicking handcuffs. You can lockpick handcuffs with level 3 lockpicking now.
• Fixed double jail release. If you pay the bail you no longer get unarrested when your time is up.
