Make them as craftable props people can buy and use. I'd love to see something like a pool table where you can play pool with your friends. Would be epic for the FD instead of sitting on the couch idling till a call comes in.

For scripting, I would say a sort of top down 2D window that comes up if its possible to give 2D objects physics.

Maybe make it like the PC you can craft?  It will take you to a link and pop up a screen, the link will be like a pool game or something like doom for arcade games.  I know that GMT or Gmod tower does this.  As for the basket ball and such, just find models and that you can use.  The sports aspect would just be throwing with hands and hitting or getting into a hoop you could craft or something.  I had a passive job lastnight with a "Suites"  Look to it and I got a lot of money having sports.  Only way we got the sports thing though was with a glitched out fishing luer that was weighted to 1 and could be thrown with ease.

The building adjacent to the parking garage could be used for the arcade. It would have every game you guys add, if any. You should also be able to craft the games, like pinball, space invaders, some classic arcade games, ya know? Would make growing SO much more bearable. 85% of this game is downtime, and now downtime... will be fun time!

Lets keep it at player crafted.  Meaning there is no set spot used by CG and you can buy it and set it up yourself.  Have a cash register by and when someone presses use key on that game it gives a set amount of money to the owner and the city for tax.
