hldsupdatetool -command update -game "dods"
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "hl2mp"
hldsupdatetool -command update -game "tf"
hldsupdatetool -command update -game orangebox
hldsupdatetool -command update -game garrysmod -verify_all -retry
That's how Outlands content was installed and how it's updated regularly. I have no idea why some of the props don't work, and why the content isn't mounted correctly. I'll try to have a look on this again, but last time I tried to, I spent like three hours reinstalling all the content and it didn't fix anything.
Moved this to bug reports, it's more of a bug seeing as it should be mounted but it's not.

What if you merged the /materials, /models, /scripts, and /sounds folders from CSS, DoD:S, and EP2 into the garrysmod/garrysmod folder? That might do the trick.
Granted, the server would probably have to go down for a bit or just be really laggy.

Anyways the problem where you can go through some of the props isn't caused by a missing model server-side, that'd result in a "ERROR". When you can walk through some object, it means the prop's collision detection method isn't working properly - that's often caused by map props having set VPHYSICS properties while the model doesn't have VPHYSICS information.
