Suggestions / Re: Rebel Sentiment
« on: November 24, 2011, 03:29:19 PM »
I feel like something is definately lacking on this server...

The lack of rebel /sentiment/ is fairly astounding. Just about every citizen I see is a loyalist.

You may be asking, "Why is this?" (probably not, but it could be happening)

It's because we have nothing to gain IC by being rebel. While it is maybe "more realistic" that way, or what have you, it does create a bit of a stagnant situation. I'm not saying throw rebels out in the slums with tonsa gunz, I'm just saying, let there be SOMETHING to gain by going into the slums, going against the tides. Maybe open up a place where people can get (holy f**k) alcohol in the slums, or perhaps small pieces of contraband. Maybe it could naturally develop into some sort of rebellious movement, or maybe it just stays the one place were man-sheeps can be "human".

TL;DR, Open up a bar in the slums to promote rebel sentiment and humanism.

I'd be willing to be the bar tender/rum runner/whatever, but I'd rather not be the bartender, not really my gig.

This happened.

The guy got banned, and I tried to do it.

We all got sold out by minges. Which is why we don't like to do this.

Then again I haven't been on City in a while, so.

Once again, Leomarrs idea and the conscript idea are very different.

I know how the conscript idea MAY be run. I was in the Conscripts with Leo in the community that did it originally.

But it's Leo's choice on how he does it.

High Command needs their butts whooped, when people TRY to get them to communicate with each other 2 of the 3 people involved in that movement get demoted from their HC positions.

The CCA as of now is very, very, bad.

Let's sum up this thread.

>Implying that Panderans weren't in WC3, which they where.

>Implying that Panderans weren't in the lore way before WoW the MMO was made.

Yes, Panderans are a joke race created by Blizzard before the MMO was made, during the Warcraft 3 days.

WoW was stupid during Wrath of the Lich King, which is why I don't play retail.

I remember when this was done. It actually worked rather well until some retard, bad RPer, decided to join.

He fucked up everything and we got banned from the City Server. But that's the last community.

ONE: Nowhere does it say they will be on the city 24/7 everyday.

TWO: When the UU doesn't want to risk lives of good super soldiers, they send in these guys.

THREE: An SMG and a USP are not well equipped seeing as they would be low-maintenance, run down, weapons.

FOUR: A RCT is above a conscript, depending on how Leo wants to run them, but last time I was involved in this, conscripts weren't allowed even out of their conscription center in the city.

There is no official CG content pack, it's all server side, you just need to get the HL2 games.

Okay, just cause it isn't the smartest thing to do ICly, our characters, obviously, don't care. I already said that we aren't a resistence, Lambda has nothing to do with us. Our "cheesy" propaganda, if you actually RPed like you were in the HL2 Universe would certainly have an impact on you. If you don't like deleting all our papers, just leave 'em it's k.

First, you need to be more open to change, Red Union has gotten ridiculous after burning down the CWU, stop, please, I delete all of your papers to keep rebel propaganda away from citizens, your propaganda is really, really stupid and lolwebelish.

If I may make a suggestion: Be more secretive in your doings, stop posting your cheesy propaganda everywhere, please? It seems kind of unrealistic, Lambda has secret codes, such as the symbol, marking a Resistance presence.

So please, stop.

No, let me wrap this up: YOU DON'T SPREAD PROPAGANDA FUCKING EVERYWHERE PUBLICLY.

You spread it fucking everywhere, even where CPs can see, stop it, seriously. Just because you where allowed to burn down the CWU doesn't mean that your automatically not Lolwebels.

Sincerely
OfC.620.

Okay then, Don. Give me a definition of 'lolwebuls'. Because obviously we do not have the same idea as one another. After that, justify your reason for labeling us as such.

On the other hand, yes. We have a lot of propaganda. But do the CCA even have a hint of where Red Union is? Or who the members are? I think not.

Lolwebels = People who aren't secretive, people who don't act like actual rebels, that they wouldn't go spreading the word about them everywhere, we've destroyed at least 10 pieces of your propaganda already, it's getting old, fucking stop.

I have been told i can. It has been changed as there have been things that must be changed in order for things to be correct and units not to be untrained in things they should of already had.

The fact that you made the things that where ALREADY BEING TAUGHT mandatory mindfucks me.
No new training has been added, i have just moved things around to make it so that units have everything thy need by 04 in order to transfer and be the unit they should be. Leo made the training i just had to move it.

Oh right, I forgot, you only joined UNION for the rank, let me clarify: You moved training, and then made it non-mandatory, fucking up the whole system.

The fact that you didn't make them mandatory fucks me in the mind, for you see, they can be promoted without that training, but you moved it so they could be better.. wut.

Firstly i didn't move for the rank, i was moved to union. Also what i have done was discussed with other DvL's and units who agreed. Also there are mandatory trains for recruits and they are there for good reason. They need to be done, i don't want recruits not knowing important info when their are just inducted. If you think one of those needs making to just a training not mandatory tell me but those are the important ones. Also when i say mandatory, i know they were being taught BUT AT THE WRONG TIME so they are now mandatory for when people are first inducted.

First, you're not a DvL, you're an acting DvL, second, I still fail to see your point, you fail to address the fact that you only moved the things that could have been taught at 04, and made them non-mandatory, giving them a chance of never learning them. Also the fact that you've cocked up EVERYTHING.

The fact that just because you're heading the division (not very well, I might add) doesn't mean that all of your decisions are best for it.
