Hi guys, recently I have found a fix to the dark screen on Mac.

lua_run_cl GAMEMODE.RenderScreenspaceEffects = function() end

^
Just type it in whenever you join and it stops the effect.

nevermind doesn't seem to work on your hl2rp servers

Sorry, I'm getting so many problems, Thanks to Kiwiie I can now play but when i go on EVERYTHING IS DARK.

I am on Mac ( Please don't troll xD )

I havent got HL2 But i'm getting it today.

I can play on the mac on single player with no darkness, But when i go on the server it's really dark 0.0

I can play on All garrys mod servers fine, No lag. But this darkness i have never incountered.

When i join i stumble upon a grey screen 0.o I've logged in on the server, And i've bean patient and waited but still no luck, Also i am on Mac.

This is the error: [openaura/gamemode/openaura/cl_auto.lua:2304] attempt to index field 'OpenAuraSplash' (a nil value)(Hook: HUDDrawScoreBoard)

Well, Long story short, My mac doesnt accept download maps.

So i was wondering if someone could maybe drop box the HL2RP Map, I think its like city45 Then the server name after.

Urm, I will offer some tokens like half of what you start of with.

Well, I've been trying to find a HL2 RP server, And BAM i found this. But i doubt i will be able to play, The amount of problems i am getting, First of all i can't download the map it says the map differs, When i'm getting maps i always have to download the real BSP file from someone. Also most of the servers i go on have recently got stuck on,"Sending Client Info.".

Once this all gets fixed ( Need to be optimistic about it

) I will hopefully be a excellent player to the community and try and work my way up to A Civil Protection unit.
