Title: Unable to view OTAs on the scorboard.

All this time when I was on my unit, I always thought that we weren't supposed to be able to see OTAs on the scoreboard. Found out today that units can. Mine can't. It's not really a big deal if there's not a fix, but it would be nice.

afaik no one is supposed to see them besides admins and high command+

Only Operator+ and High Command units (and overwatch themselves of course) can see them on the scoreboard. Its to prevent metagaming from citizens mostly. Once a really long time ago when everyone could see them on scoreboard, some people once did a "i can smell it, elite." "overwatch`?" "omg run".
