I must say, I disapprove of this application.

That would never happen in real life. If so, it would only be the "last choice". The animals would rather be relocated to another Zoo and stay there.

Cute indeed. Though, as the animals apparently have lived most of their entire life in the Zoo, without training on how to survive outside the Zoo, they'll most likely die of hunger. If he were to survive, he would need to be handfed.

That is also one of my other problems. I bet it will end up going friendly and it'll become a pet to someone. I know you've stated in the "What do you plan" section, but I doubt that will continue for long. Sorry for the assumption, but that's most likely going to happen.

Seeing a lot see's this acceptable I'll accept it on the following:

*AED - Sure. A bit damaged as you said yourself, remember to notisfy those you give it to about it. If it's rp'd completely fixed I'll make sure it isn't going to last long.
*IV Set - Sure.
*Collection of Blood Bags - Sure. The bags themself are empty. You would have to collect the blood IC on the server. Good idea to get help with this. (Statua.)
*2 Liters of medical grade disinfectant - Sure. Remember whenever you use them, to cut out a bit on them. Don't want them to be everlasting.
*First aid kit - Sure.
*Other misc. supplies listed (Items that survive in italics!) - Sure.

I don't have too many issues with this. One thing you should understand and agree to before I personally find it acceptable is the fact that your unit's DNA is on file with the Union. So when you cut yourself to create a "crime scene" where you left you gear, when unit's find that and test the sample, they'll know its your's and they can do what they want with that information and assume any scenario.

Regarding the "01 brainwash" issue, I'm not going to hold that to you personally, because I know not everyone has actually ICly received this, but it is a general understanding that over time, you become a bit more cold emotionally and loyal to the Union through your actions and service. You get familiar with it and feel as if its your "home" so to speak. Personally, I thought you should have talked a bit more about your character's struggle against their own loyal feelings for the Union. Having a bad dream and then instantly wanting to leave the Union after reaching the rank of 01 seems a bit too easy for your character. I feel as if they should have at least fought themselves so to speak on whether or not to leave.

Also, no OTA can't track you through your biosignal shit, but if OTA catches you through a raid, etc., and finds out who you are, it is what it is. There's no bitching that OTA metagamed, etc.

Having a dream, remembering a person seems a bit too easy for wanting to leave out of a sudden. Yes, it occured over days /  weeks / months but then again. A dream can't change much, even though you've had it several times. A dream can't change your opinion on something you've lived with in your entire life. Maybe a bit, but not dramatically.

Eitherway, I don't see any other problems than the single reason you want to leave.

The problem with hostile characters is (at least in my opinion) is that people lack a lot on fearrp. No offense to those who does, but I'm seeing more and more characters charging towards hostile zombies, headcrabs and what not.

Now, if you make hostile NPC's people bitch about ammo and typically want it back after the battle.
Secondly, hostile characters. There is no way people fear rp even though a dead, horrifying body with torn open stomaches. And then as stated, they charge in. This also counts towards OTA. People lack on fear.

I've got a zombie character. I've been in fights several times but not even once have I seen one p2l or even fear rp. Once I had an entire group following me. Like Wtf?

So instead of complaining about hostility, I did rather take a look at fear rp and the main OL playerbase.

I don't really see any major problems in this one. Seeing the van / truck was already auth'd by Kronic, there's no real problem for the vehicle itself.
