Reason for Un-PK:I was playing around in OCC and then they think i have a mental disability then i have to wait 30 minutes for some cp with a psygun to come. then they amputate me and some other cp (not the one with the psygun pk bans me. I do not like this kind of behavior and want to become unbanned from this because i had 3 loyalty points.

I was the one whom pk'd you, and you were acting icly that you had a mental disability. You were then amputated which is a Pk.

Locked and moved to declined. - Looks like the person has given up on the character - PK seems legit.
