I agree with this, I might have been inactive for quite long. But it isnt hard to see whats going on. I also had my CWU app accepted by Adam, then he got replaced and I never got to do the interview.

Why do you want to join the CWU?: In my past years as a citizen I have seen how the citizens are given a harsher life, as a CWU I wish that I can supply them with things that will make their life easier, improve their life value, and aid the Union in its goals the best way I can, to accomplish sociostability. Can the CWU have Spraycans?: No, that is contraband. Can the CWU cuss?: No, CWU or not, it is still a city violation to cuss. If a citizen runs up to you and starts cussing what will you do? (Detail it or make a attempt): I would try to tell them to stop, and then afterwards contact a Union Civil Protection team member and report it. If the person continues I would report them immidiadly to the Union Civil Protection team. Any disabilities?: I was caught in the crossfire between a Union Civil Protection team member and a fleeing anti-citizen once, I was shot in the left arm, though I have recovered from the incident I still have a scar. It does not have much effect on me physically.

Right, so it SHOULD BE and IS allowed if you have an IC reason. Thanks for the answer. But I got one more, if this IS allowed. Then why did one of my friends almost get a blackmark because they searched a suspicious citizen?
This question has come onto my lap, when a friend of mine asked if the CCA units could do random searches/beatings/applying on citizens they find suspicious, like in HL2 where a CCA unit confiscates a citizens suitcase because of some "Ticket", or in the RP itself applying a citizen for suspicious behaviour, and eventually searching them later if you find they were earlier punished for contraband or whatnot? In my opinion it is right for a unit do that that, and there is not really any need to report it in unless you find contraband or the citizen does something suspicious.
Hopefully my question can be answered, and hopefully it wasnt asked and answered before.
Some of my friends have been having this problem, and other players have complained sometimes about the lag or DoS, I searched the error up, and thats the conclusion I got to. I hope that you will fix the problem, cause it makes HL2RP unplayable for me at least.
The map is not optimized rightly, therefore I continuesly (and other players might too) get this: "Too many vertex format changes in frame, whole world not rendered." It worked great, though one of the other RCT's broke the screen in the console in the D1 checkpoint, I have been recommended to join GEAR, and I think I should try to ask the DvL for GEAR one day, though I heavnt seen him since I came here. Today I finished my encryption software too, I will start encrypting personal files from now. Overall, today was pretty quiet. One new arrival. Short log today to, good. Then I can get back to fixing my terminal.
