I'm not sure how long it's been free for but here's something Copied from the website.

You can play Global Agenda: Free Agent through all 50 Levels at no cost. You don't have to buy the game. You don't have to pay a monthly subscription. You don't have to spend money within the game. Your account allows you to play as long as you want - progressing multiple classes and characters without any level restriction.

 A lot of games which become free usually get played for about 2 weeks then you move on to something else, I'm just posting this in case some one wants to buy it, but since it isn't free on steam at the moment they will be wasting there money.

Loads of mmos are moving to Freetoplay the game is OK nothing special though
