Day 1 : 7/28/2012

*The paper is torn and ruffled*

    Today, I have finally decided to pick up a old ruffled piece of paper to write down my thoughts. Maybe this will help me control my emotions and help me feel a little less lonely. I've only been in City 45 for a few days now, I have seen what i deem as hell, and heaven. The people around here seem kind enough, but they have fear in there eyes, regret, doubt. I have tried to keep myself isolated, because i do not know of what these people think. I have only really spoke with one person, but his name has slipped my mind.

    I spend my days wondering around the plaza looking for hope, or for work. I try to lighten up the mood sometimes with my little nervous chuckle. But nothing seems to bring brightness onto this dreaded place. I have put all my money into buying a flash light and some paper. With the flashlight, i don't know why i got it, maybe ill go exploring one day, and the paper, well that's for this, for my only hope, journals. I bid farewell to who ever is reading this. Hopefully I'll be able to continue writing, day after day.

Day 2 : 7/29/2012

    Well, Here we go again, I'm writing in my journal for no apparent reason. Today not much has happened. I've just been sitting in my apartment, staring out my window in hopes of something exciting to happen. Nothing ever comes. But one thing did happen, i got my hands on one of those CCA Request Devices, so hopefully that will help me out if i get into some trouble. Other then that not much has happened. I saw some rebels running away from the Combine, but that's almost regular now. I'm hoping to get a job in the CWU, but who knows.

    I'm not sure what i am going to continue doing in this city. It just seems so glum. It feels like it's always nighttime and no one really cares about anything anymore. But lets hope things get better. Ill write more when i get a chance but i must be going now. A friend wants me to go with him somewhere, But i do not know where. Wish me luck!

Day 3 :8/6/2012

*Paper is very wrinkled*

    I'm sorry it has been such a long time since i wrote in my journal. A lot has been happening. Like a lot a lot. I've been learning more and more about City 45 and all of the people in it. Yesterday i was hired at a shop with a friend and i made a lot of money. I almost have 400 tokens now. I also got to arrange an interview with the City Administrator, it was such an honor. Just a few minutes ago i reported a man for illegally selling apartments in the UHC, the officers said they are going to reward me with Loyalty points. I am very excited! Hopefully things will continue to get better and better, I'm hoping i can get a business permit too, so i can sell goods to people. But that's all i can write now, i must get going.

P.s: I will be writing a lot more now, and like i said above i might be getting a job soon and sell goods to people. I will write more on that later. For now ill just keep these journals safe away from everyone hoping that someone may find these are i die and be able to live my life on paper.
