iConomy to 5.0
- Changed entire package name
- Renamed iConomy.yml to Config.yml
- Reorganized the entire configuration file and added a header comment block with information.
- Renamed Messages.yml to Template.yml
- Change from getBank() to a new API that utilize the creation of multiple banks.
- Banks can have seperate currency and initial balances
- Create Relational database for banks and account id's, as well as a row for holdings in banks.
- Accounts no longer have "balances" moved to Holdings
- Holdings are also denoted in banks as well.
- Holdings class controls balance, balance mathmatics (Adding, Subtracting, etc.)
- Remove iConomy.getDatabase().close in favor of conn.close()
- Move formatting / toString() around
- Added support for Minor / Major in currency, both plural and singular.

- Added expiration timer to sessions. Sessions will now last up to 10 minutes (by default) before removed, so you can quickly disconnect (or crash) and come back and still maintain your history.
- Removed minimum cap on history size (now you have history sizes under 15).
