IC Character Name: Moorese Relici
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so. Moreese Relici wants to join the CCA because he had a change of heart, after his life of crime along side his cousin. He decided that the law and order must be upheld. And without the protection of is former gang or his cousin Rokus, Moreese turned to the Civil Authority for both protection and a group to fit into.
After the Combine took over the world, Moreese and his cousin, Rokus, were rounded up and taken into custody. Because, there was no specific evidence of gang activities directly related to them, they were offered a choice; reveal the locations of they're fugitive gang members, many of whom were family, or rot in prison until they talked. To Moorese this boiled down to the question, "will his loyalties lie with his family and friends (all of whom were criminals, practically) or will his loyalties lie with the Combine, the people that have the ability not just influence his life, but to completely take control. While Rokus chose stay loyal with his family and friends, Moreese decided to make the decision to talk, and do what's best for him.
With the knowledge they needed, the Combine let both him and his cousin go. Rokus resented Moreese for his betrayal and never forgave him. But that's okay because Moreese didn't need family with his new found ambition, to seek power within the Combine ranks, and to make something of himself.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character. I'm expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be a difficult, but in the end worth while experience. I expect it to challenge both me and my character in the sense that there is a lot of discipline, but at the same time necessary for my character because he is used to a role where he is both respected and feared by everyone.
The role of Combine Civil Authority fits his personality perfect, so although Moreese will have a slightly difficult time at first, he will eventually fit into the role he was meant to play.
Any challenges that face Moreese while serving as a CCA, he will persevere through. Because he wants this position more than he wants his next breath, he will fight through any challenges that face him. He (as well as I) is also very intelligent, and will pick up how to be the most effective CCA as possible very quick (as will I.)
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Moreese Relici live a life of crime in the city of Baltimore along side his cousin Rokus. That is, before the Seven-hour War. Before the Combine waged war on humanity, Moreese, Rokus, and their gang of thieves ruled the streets of Baltimore, they took from whoever they wanted to take from, they hurt whoever they wanted to hurt, and were in turn rewarded with a mixture of fear and respect out of everyone who even knew the name Relici, even the police. They were untouchable, even the coldest of assassins were afraid of these men, until the Combine invaded.
It was then that both the Relici cousins and many of their followers were moved to City 32. It didn't take long, however, for the Combine to hear of the Relici brothers' gang. Both Moreese and Rokus were brought in by the Civil protection for questioning. As there was nothing linking the Relici cousins to any specific crime, they were both offered a chance to tell the CP the locations of the major members of their gang, the ones who did much of the dirty work, in return, they would be released from the Civil Authority custody. While they were both tempted by the offer, Rokus refused to talk, and protested that he didn't know anything. But, Moreese knew he was dealing with a force much greater the the police of before, and decided to turn in the remaining members of his former gang. It was this act that inspired a new found loyalty to the Civil Authority, much to the dismay of his followers and especially to Rokus. There was something about the Civil Authority that he desired so greatly, for the first time in years Moreese had been stood-up to, for once people were not afraid of him, and with out this fear that he had become used to, there was no respect. Now, he was the one afraid, and therefore gave the Civil Authority his respect.
As promised they were both released from custody, Rokus being moved to City 45, however. Moreese became very loyal to the CP, and began turning in the men and women that once respected him. These acts of loyalty towards the greatest enemy of humanity, in the eyes of some, quickly turned Moreese into one of the most hated people in the whole city. He was beaten regularly, his life threatened many times a day, and it got to the point to where Moreese was afraid for his life. Moreese's request for a transfer to a new city was probably only considered because of the shear number of rebellions crushed, and contraband discovered. He was moved to City 45 almost a year after Rokus had been. He decided there was no way that he and Rokus would ever kindle their old friendship, so he decided the best thing he could do for himself in this strange new city, and even stranger new world, was to join the CCA.

7. What�s your most memorable quality RP experience? My most memorable Role-Play experience was when I was a cop on a Darkrp server. I suspected a man was up to something, so I used my cop instinct and trailed him, and although I saw him commit various crimes while doing so, my instinct told me to just keep trailing from a distance. I fallowed him all the way back to his base, where I caught a glimpse of money printers and weed plants growing, I called for back up and we took him down no problem. I was actually rewarded some bonus money for it.
