This guide is short but sweet:
When you request CCA help as a citizen, you must include the following information. Try to make the request sound as professional as possible. Use correct grammer, punctuation, etc.
Citizen name - CID - location - situation - description of suspect (if possible)
A bad request:
"Help!!! someone is selling contraband stuff in the CCH!!"
A good request:
"James K. Locke, #98068. A 6 foot tall man with blue eyes, brown hair, and a limp is distributing illegal literature in CCH room D4."
