Title: Harbor Roleplay Fishing market glitch?

Whenever I tried to use the menu, I couldn't buy bait due to being unable to scroll down to buy it, or see the buy button. The resolution is 1028 x 768.

The bottom button buys the bait so there is nothing wrong about seeing the button.  It's the 45 dollar button.
